I’ve owned this inverter for over 2 years now and it has worked flawlessly. I have only used it with propane to keep it as clean as possible, and I do not regret my purchase one bit. It starts with just a push of a button each and every time. Absolutely love this product and highly recommend it to friends and family. This is worth every penny.

I bought this in September 2022. I open ended the box and was so surprised that the generator includes a connection for propane. I was so glad it does. Also the instructions are easy to follow. I’ve not started it yet but so far it seems like everything I need is here.

I just got this and am very happy with the way it looks and the workmanship of the item. We will use this for our RV. It is powerful enough to run anything we have with power to spare. Though we have not used it yet I think it will be what I want/need.

we use the westinghouse inverters at work and love them. I decided to buy one for my camper amd love the fact that it will runn with full load of camper only using about 70%. I doubt I'll ever use the propane option but wanted it just incase I needed it.

I purchased this Igen4500df to power our travel trailer when camping in remote location. This generator will run my total trailer from Eco mode using propane as fuel supply. The AC is 13500 btu. It is very quiet. I am very pleased with it's performance. The digital display is excellent and accurate.

I bought this a little over a month ago and the flexibility of gasoline or propane is great. The generator was easy to set up and both fuel types work equally well. This sits well in the truck bed (locked in) and produces plenty of power. Highly recommended.

Only ran it once, very quiet and fuel efficient. Provides sufficient power when needed, and cuts back to a slow idle when power requirements are low. Floating neutral, perfect for a code compliant non separately derived connection without modification.

I just purchased an IGen 4500DF generator with remote. The whole set up was easy and connected to propane. It started started right up on the first try using the remote. I also used the recoil start and it also started right away. l might use gasoline once I go outdoors this coming weekend but I really like not having to mess around with gasoline containers. I am looking forward with to our camping trips showing movies of the "Great Outdoors" to our kids. We will not miss our family movie night.

At this wattage level, which can supply our entire house, this is the best generator made. The dual fuel feature was crucial to us, as we prefer to run propane when possible. Electric start and remote start are very convenient, but you always have pull start as a failsafe. The dashboard is well-designed and easy to read. The 30A receptacle is appreciated. The extendable handle and wheels work well, making this easy to move around. The generator is also extremely quiet. We don't hear it indoors when it's running on less than 50% load. Owning this gives us a high degree of confidence should we ever encounter a power outage.

The generator works and is efficient but the remote start use useless. If the unit isn't running, after about 7 hours the starting battery drains and remote start won't work. If you shut down the circuit by hand on the generator, the battery holds charge but you have to then go to the generator and turn the switch back on manually before the remote start works. Since we purchased this genny for the remote start feature it is big thumbs down on this issue. We even replaced the battery thinking it was defective but had the same issue with the new battery. I also think that the sound level at idle is much higher than 52dbs. Our comparable size Honda is much quieter. Good - Fuel efficient and compact Bad - Remote is non functional if unit has not run for more that 7 hours
