Reviews I read were very good for this unit. Got it on Wednesday and unpacked it this morning. Everything looks great out of the box. Going to get it ready and fire it up this afternoon when I get home from work. Bought this to primarily use with our 5th wheel travel trailer..

The iGen4500DF has all of the features that I was looking for. Just received mine yesterday. It was quick to unpack, connect the battery, add the oil, and started for a test run. No problems on the initial run thru. I especially like the dual fuel option.

I bought this iGen4500DF to power my RV. Even in Eco Mode it has no problem running my 15k BTU AC. It is very quiet compared to a non inverter generator, casual conversation can be easily heard within only a few feet from it and this was when the AC was running putting a load on it.

This generator is great and purrs like a kitten right out of the box. I use mainly propane and this one is super simple to get up and running on LPG. I had issues with comparable generators from other brands on LPG but so far, not a single hiccup with this one. Runs everything i need it to run ... Extremely happy with this one!

I just bought this inverter for the hurricane season in Florida after reviewing several brands of inverters. This unit has all the features that one would need to power lights and a few appliances around the house. And its backed by the Westinghouse!

This generator has it all! 5000 watch, dual fuel, push button start, remote start, everything you want in a generator is all here. It starts and runs perfectly. It runs very quiet, And is campground approved! At only 20 inches tall it fits in our 2024 NISSAN Pioneer bed, underneath the tonneau cover.

This one is a lot quieter than my old one and I like the fact that it is dual fuel makes it more versatile. Started right up after unpacking and following setup instructions. I can also pair it up with approved generator for more output. My only concern is running it at higher elevations as it says it needs a high elevation kit to run at 5000 ft elevation or above to get maximum performance output. I don't know how it will effect my warranty if I install it or do I need to have an authorized factory representative install it

Ordered online, delivery no problem. Carefully read and followed instructions. Added oil and gasoline, started and ran half power for two hours charging a big battery generator. No problem noted. Connected propane tank carefully and started right up, ran for some time no problems. Only criticism was cosmetically, the hard plastic cover near top didn't quite close leaving a very small gap and what was a little discoloration, does not see that it would ever affect operation.

I did not use for two months and when I did It started hard and smelled of gas after a short time of running had a puddle under it. Westinghouse offered to send new carburetor and gave me a name of a shop. I have not had time to get it fixed yet. When running it's quite powers my tools.
