The large capacity makes a huge difference , I can easily wash my king-sized comforter without struggling to fit it in, and since there’s no agitator in the middle, the load has more room to move around. There’s even a dedicated Bedding cycle, which is a great feature for bulky items. I also love the see-through lid because I can check on the wash without opening it. The display shows exactly how long each cycle will take, and there are plenty of wash cycles to choose from. One of my favorite things is how quiet this washer is compared to others I’ve had. Even with large or heavy loads, the noise level stays low thanks to the vibration control.

Then you add in how the dial is so smooth and sleek as well, you think you have a winning washer... but wait! There is more! This washer is just a tad bit larger than my last one. Not by much at all. When you open the inside and see how larger and deep the load capacity is, you will be blown away! I am able to do our comforters with ease. What use to be 2 to 2 1/2 loads of laundry, I'm now doing one load!

nothing but problems. Setting it up the instructions say to level the machine, but it dose not give instructions where to place a level. There is nothing on the machine that is level its all slanted or has curves. The machine takes for ever to wash there are too many features, we only use two or three. The added technology has just over complicated washing cloths. Due to this the efficiency discussion is a waste of time because it takes hours to wash a load. We can not fill the machine to capacity because it simply dose not wash properly then spinning out is a whole other issue. It most often is unbalanced and I have researched on line how to fix it and it is all useless information. I am looking to replace mine with something that resembles an older style and has less features. My wife literally hates this machine. It has doubled our time to do laundry. Then it dose not always get the cloths clean as we would like. I would avoid at all costs. If you want one you can have mine to try and you will learn it is over complicated junk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does A really nice job of drying the clothes when you use the time setting, but when you use the normal setting, the clothes are still damp, but it says they’re dry because it senses the dryness. I don’t know what that’s about but simple.

This washer is terrible. I have had problems since we got it a week ago. Every load comes up error DC4. You troubleshoot, get a load done and it happens again. Everytime the load is either unbalanced or it's not draining right. The lid lock does not unlock, so your clothes are stuck in there, so you can't try to make them balanced. Once the lid does unlock ( I can't find a switch to switch the darn lid lock off). You have to take everything out that is now drenched and try to figure put how ro balance it. Plus this should have an automatic water level setting. I shouldn't have to choose it every darn time. Why get a digital washer if it doesn't come programmed. Worst washer ever. The dryer in this pair sucks too. Foor is flimsy and should have a handle at the top not just on the side. Door doesn't open very far. Plus the darn thing is like 2 inches off the ground so you have to squat to get your things out. The design team for this pair should be fired if they haven't been already

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Weve had Samsung Laundry Unit in the past as well but this is a very nice and chic upgrade from what we had earlier. It is definitely quieter than my older machine and cleans my family's clothes very well. They come out smelling fresh and clean! There's a bunch of settings to choose from and the water jet (for hand washing) is an added bonus. The clear screen on top gives a birds eye view of the clothes being washed. I am a very happy buyer with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has been a life changer! My washer before sounded like shoes were tumbling inside when we were washing . This is the absolute best washer I have ever had. I love how big they are, so we can wash big loads instead of small ones. I also love the fact that it has the water jet feature. It really makes it easy to fill up buckets or hand wash something really quick if need be. I also love that once you are done with the water jet feature, the washer automatically drains the water out. The best part about this whole system is that you can control everything from your phone. It has been so nice not having to keep checking to see if my clothes are finished, or able to put clothes in the washer and start them when I'm ready. Overall, I am really impressed with the washer 10/10 for sure. I will definitely recommend to others.

The Samsung washer has been a great addition to our home. It's very easy to use, and what worked really well is it even has a setting for bedding. I've used both top load and front load washers, and after getting exhausted from cleaning damp gaskets and mold/mildew build-up, am glad to again use a top load washer. This washer was very easy to start using. There are many settings to help adjust the water level to accommodate the size of your laundry load. There are multiple presets, but you can download one as well. While some of the presets could benefit from more options to adjust (such as changing water temperature on some of these washes), over time it becomes more intuitive to use. We have two little ones, so we are constantly doing laundry. It's helpful that the washer is relatively quiet (make sure to adjust the legs so the washer is stable and will not shift during the spin cycle). You can also mute the device so it doesn't play a melody when it is complete. Overall, I've greatly appreciated the Samsung top load washer. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a new washing machine.
