It’s very easy to use, smart, and has many wash cycles to choose from. I love that it has separate compartments for detergent, liquid bleach, and softener. The washing results are excellent—especially for kids’ clothes, which now come out much cleaner and fresher with less effort.

The large capacity makes a huge difference , I can easily wash my king-sized comforter without struggling to fit it in, and since there’s no agitator in the middle, the load has more room to move around. There’s even a dedicated Bedding cycle, which is a great feature for bulky items. I also love the see-through lid because I can check on the wash without opening it. The display shows exactly how long each cycle will take, and there are plenty of wash cycles to choose from. One of my favorite things is how quiet this washer is compared to others I’ve had. Even with large or heavy loads, the noise level stays low thanks to the vibration control.

It has been 2 weeks of us using the machine and I am quite satisfied with the washer. Washed well, not extensively long washing cycles and my clothes come out pretty clean. Washer capacity is really good. I am overall happy with the washer except that I would have preferred if it was more quiet. Although I have placed it in a separate laundry room so it isn't much of a problem for me.

The drum is big enough to handle large loads, which means I don’t have to run as many cycles during the week. Clothes come out fresh and clean every time, even with bigger loads. It also runs more quietly than I expected, which is great since our laundry area is inside the guest bathroom. I used to think washers needed the big center agitator to really get things clean, but this design works even better without it. The controls are simple to use, and I really like getting a quick notification on my phone when a cycle is done or to see how much time is left. Then you add in how the dial is so smooth and sleek as well, you think you have a winning washer... but wait! There is more! This washer is just a tad bit larger than my last one. Not by much at all. When you open the inside and see how larger and deep the load capacity is, you will be blown away! I am able to do our comforters with ease. What use to be 2 to 2 1/2 loads of laundry, I'm now doing one load!

nothing but problems. Setting it up the instructions say to level the machine, but it dose not give instructions where to place a level. There is nothing on the machine that is level its all slanted or has curves. The machine takes for ever to wash there are too many features, we only use two or three. The added technology has just over complicated washing cloths. Due to this the efficiency discussion is a waste of time because it takes hours to wash a load. We can not fill the machine to capacity because it simply dose not wash properly then spinning out is a whole other issue. It most often is unbalanced and I have researched on line how to fix it and it is all useless information. I am looking to replace mine with something that resembles an older style and has less features. My wife literally hates this machine. It has doubled our time to do laundry. Then it dose not always get the cloths clean as we would like. I would avoid at all costs. If you want one you can have mine to try and you will learn it is over complicated junk.

With twin boys, laundry is a constant all-day situation in our home. Muddy clothes, messy eating outfits, paint shirts, tiny socks, pajamas — there is always something in the hamper. This washer has changed the way I do laundry and how much time it takes. First, the capacity is HUGE. I can load so much into one wash — blankets, bedding, towels — without having to break everything up into multiple loads. It saves me time, energy, and I'm not constantly running back and forth switching loads all day. It fits family life perfectly. The machine also looks sleek and modern. The white design is clean, simple, and sharp in my laundry space. It doesn't look bulky or outdated like some large washers do. My favorite functional part is the built-in water jet. Being able to rinse or pre-treat stains right in the washer instead of dragging something to a sink is the smartest feature ever. When my boys come home with mystery stains that look like they lived in the dirt all day, I can instantly pre-rinse and the stains actually come out. I also love that it has separate dedicated compartments for bleach and softener. It pumps them in automatically at the right time, so I don't have to stand there waiting to add something mid wash or pour chemicals directly over my clothes. It's also impressively quiet. I can wash at night while my boys are sleeping and it doesn't cause a single disturbance. Clothes come out fresh, rinsed well, and ACTUALLY clean — not half washed or soapy. This machine is fast, powerful, and family friendly. It's made laundry faster, easier, and less stressful. I give this washer 5 stars without hesitation.
