This washer is quite advanced over my older model. With the smart features it has a bunch of different wash cycles to choose from plus some you can customize and download. I love the connection with smart things in Samsung devices. I can check my phone to see how much time is left on the cycle and get an alert when done. A final point in this washer is that it doesn't come with the normal agitator in the middle which makes it easier and roomier to put your clothes in. And even though this use roomier them my older washer, these takes up less room in the laundry closet. Overall very satisfied with this washer.

I've used both top load and front load washers, and after getting exhausted from cleaning damp gaskets and mold/mildew build-up, am glad to again use a top load washer. This washer was very easy to start using. There are many settings to help adjust the water level to accommodate the size of your laundry load. There are multiple presets, but you can download one as well. While some of the presets could benefit from more options to adjust (such as changing water temperature on some of these washes), over time it becomes more intuitive to use. We have two little ones, so we are constantly doing laundry. It's helpful that the washer is relatively quiet (make sure to adjust the legs so the washer is stable and will not shift during the spin cycle). You can also mute the device so it doesn't play a melody when it is complete. Overall, I've greatly appreciated the Samsung top load washer. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a new washing machine.

The Samsung washer has been a great addition to our home. It's very easy to use, and what worked really well is it even has a setting for bedding. The moisture detect with the smart washer capability makes this one of the best washers in the world. The first load I did with a big queen size fleece blanket I put it in the dryer after taking it out of the washer and it was like 8 minutes later I got a notification saying that the dryer had changed the time due to moisture settings and was done, and I'm thinking there's no way this queen size blanket is dry and under 10 minutes so I go check and the blanket is 100% dry. The fact that you can tweak the settings for your own soil temperature size and dryness to use on whichever load you want and the dryer saves these settings in the app is a big game changer. The only two cons I have with this dryer is the fact that you have to press the smart control button every single time you turn the dryer on so that you can control it from the app and the fact that the dryer doesn't have a light inside the drum like other dryers I've had in the past, this isn't a really big deal just a minor inconvenience. This dryer is definitely a 10 out of 10and I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased Samsung Smart Top Load washerwith active water jet. We have used the washer for a while now and very satisfied with our purchase. I find top loading very convenient to use. Selecting different cycles is very convenient and washing cycles do jot take forever. Only one issue is I think it's not very quiet. Not an issue for us since we have a separate laundry room.

This washer is junk. Do not waste your money on this. The only time it doesn’t end up unbalanced every spin cycle is when it’s empty. Small loads of clothes end up taking hours because it becomes unbalanced. And bedding… forget it. It’s so bad I’ll never buy anything Samsung again.
