[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new Samsung washer /dryer set. Sleek looking, and love the fact they hook up to my phone and let me know when the cycle is done. No more forgetting loads in the dryer for days!

Does it clean well? Yes. Is it quiet? Yes. But, if you are like me, 5' 1" tall, it's not a good choice! The tub is just too deep and I can't reach half of the clothes without standing on a step stool or using a tool to extend my reach. So if you're short - keep looking. Also, I can't find the way to have the timer/alarm bell ring when the wash cycle is over and before the rinse cycle begins.

Love the look of washer but not so happy about the way it works. Doesn't wring clothes enough, takes a long time for wash cycle. Not too happy with washer but learning to use it. Just wanted a washer that is easy to operate and wash clothes. I had a Samsung for almost 14 years and it was easy to operate, don't like the new and improved model.

I just need to know: do people that received the washer as a promotional item get it for free? That’s the only reason every one of these reviews are 5 stars and they love it, no complaints. They’re just kissing up to get more freebies. The washer is always off balance and half the time the clothes have to be rinsed and spun again bc at the end of the wash the clothes are soaking wet with dirty looking water. This is the last Samsung appliance I buy. They have great TV’s and should stick to making those.

This is the absolute WORST appliance purchase I’ve EVER made. I made the purchase on August 1, 2026 with the earliest delivery date being August 10, 2026 just to get a message the evening of August 9, 2026 indicating the delivery date was cancelled and I would have to reschedule it. The earliest available reschedule date available was August 13,2026, just to get a message this evening cancelling my delivery AGAIN. Now they are saying that the earliest delivery date available is August 17, 2026! I can’t even give a review of the washing machine because I keep getting the delivery date cancelled!! I’ve never experienced such poor deliver service before this experience! Needless to say I’m beyond upset.

This machine is only good for people who enjoy the nostalgic feeling of watching over your laundry like you are in a laundromat! It can absolutely NOT spin any kind of load! Towels have been squeezed by hand in my house since I bought this garbage machine! Today I decided to test it, and even in the "spin only" cycle, the machine filled up with water SIX TIMES before I decided to end it and squeeze it all by hand! There's no adjusting the clothes inside the machine that can suffice, this is just trash! Save yourself the aggravation

Love the machine looks great and works wonderful now that I finally received it. My issue is that item was delivery 4 days after initial date and sub-par installation. Installers did not use new water supply hoses that are supposed to be part of the services provided. Since new supply hoses were not used my old hoses began to leak at the connection. This was noticed 15 minutes after installers left. Called RXO immediately and their customer service stated that it would be an additional day for them to return. I went purchased new hoses and installed myself. With that being said I will never buy another appliance from Sam’s Club. Matter of fact just bought the companion dyer from Lowes’s and was able to get it delivered the next day.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WASHER. While I don't have an agitator, the impeller version has very slow and gentle wash cycles that don't create enough water current for the clothes to be cleaned properly. I have calibrated and recalibrated but that makes no difference for the wash cycle power. The Heavy Duty, Deep Wash cycles, and Heavy soil settings also make no difference to the movement of the wash, they just add more time to the cycle. While the capacity of the washer is great, the slowness of the impeller seems like a big waste. I much preferred the power of my old washer.
