The sleek black color of them is timeless. I can put quite a bit of clothes inside of each which is great! It works well and gets done way faster than my old one. I love them! The moisture detect with the smart washer capability makes this one of the best washers in the world. The first load I did with a big queen size fleece blanket I put it in the dryer after taking it out of the washer and it was like 8 minutes later I got a notification saying that the dryer had changed the time due to moisture settings and was done, and I'm thinking there's no way this queen size blanket is dry and under 10 minutes so I go check and the blanket is 100% dry. The fact that you can tweak the settings for your own soil temperature size and dryness to use on whichever load you want and the dryer saves these settings in the app is a big game changer. The only two cons I have with this dryer is the fact that you have to press the smart control button every single time you turn the dryer on so that you can control it from the app and the fact that the dryer doesn't have a light inside the drum like other dryers I've had in the past, this isn't a really big deal just a minor inconvenience. This dryer is definitely a 10 out of 10and I would recommend.

There is no center agitater to take up all the room in there. I has a lot of different programs to choose from and you can also download more from the SmartThings App. I like how I can connect all my appliances to the app too. It's really quiet and when I'm doing large loads or like towels, it doesn't walk like the last one used to. I'm really happy with it.

We have used the washer for a while now and very satisfied with our purchase. I find top loading very convenient to use. Selecting different cycles is very convenient and washing cycles do jot take forever. Only one issue is I think it's not very quiet. Not an issue for us since we have a separate laundry room.

I was able to wash my king sized comforter thoroughly which came out nice and clean. This washer also works with the smart things app which allows you to adjust the water level, temperature, and cycle types. This is a must buy.

This has performed the past 5 months without an issue. The technology is superb how it works with the Samsung Smart Things app and integrates with other Samsung technology. We get notifications on our Samsung televisions that the washer has completed it's cycle. A very wholistic home appliance experience with quality we have come to expect.
