It is definitely quieter than my older machine and cleans my family's clothes very well. They come out smelling fresh and clean! There's a bunch of settings to choose from and the water jet (for hand washing) is an added bonus. The clear screen on top gives a birds eye view of the clothes being washed. I am a very happy buyer with this purchase.

Then you add in how the dial is so smooth and sleek as well, you think you have a winning washer... but wait! There is more! This washer is just a tad bit larger than my last one. Not by much at all. When you open the inside and see how larger and deep the load capacity is, you will be blown away! I am able to do our comforters with ease. What use to be 2 to 2 1/2 loads of laundry, I'm now doing one load!

This is the absolute best washer I have ever had. I love how big they are, so we can wash big loads instead of small ones. I also love the fact that it has the water jet feature. It really makes it easy to fill up buckets or hand wash something really quick if need be. I also love that once you are done with the water jet feature, the washer automatically drains the water out. The best part about this whole system is that you can control everything from your phone. It has been so nice not having to keep checking to see if my clothes are finished, or able to put clothes in the washer and start them when I'm ready. Overall, I am really impressed with the washer 10/10 for sure. I will definitely recommend to others.

This washer is quite advanced over my older model. With the smart features it has a bunch of different wash cycles to choose from plus some you can customize and download. I love the connection with smart things in Samsung devices. I can check my phone to see how much time is left on the cycle and get an alert when done. A final point in this washer is that it doesn't come with the normal agitator in the middle which makes it easier and roomier to put your clothes in. And even though this use roomier them my older washer, these takes up less room in the laundry closet. Overall very satisfied with this washer.

With twin boys, laundry is a constant all-day situation in our home. Muddy clothes, messy eating outfits, paint shirts, tiny socks, pajamas — there is always something in the hamper. This washer has changed the way I do laundry and how much time it takes. First, the capacity is HUGE. I can load so much into one wash — blankets, bedding, towels — without having to break everything up into multiple loads. It saves me time, energy, and I'm not constantly running back and forth switching loads all day. It fits family life perfectly. The machine also looks sleek and modern. The white design is clean, simple, and sharp in my laundry space. It doesn't look bulky or outdated like some large washers do. My favorite functional part is the built-in water jet. Being able to rinse or pre-treat stains right in the washer instead of dragging something to a sink is the smartest feature ever. When my boys come home with mystery stains that look like they lived in the dirt all day, I can instantly pre-rinse and the stains actually come out. I also love that it has separate dedicated compartments for bleach and softener. It pumps them in automatically at the right time, so I don't have to stand there waiting to add something mid wash or pour chemicals directly over my clothes. It's also impressively quiet. I've used both top load and front load washers, and after getting exhausted from cleaning damp gaskets and mold/mildew build-up, am glad to again use a top load washer. This washer was very easy to start using. There are many settings to help adjust the water level to accommodate the size of your laundry load. There are multiple presets, but you can download one as well. While some of the presets could benefit from more options to adjust (such as changing water temperature on some of these washes), over time it becomes more intuitive to use. We have two little ones, so we are constantly doing laundry. It's helpful that the washer is relatively quiet (make sure to adjust the legs so the washer is stable and will not shift during the spin cycle). You can also mute the device so it doesn't play a melody when it is complete. Overall, I've greatly appreciated the Samsung top load washer. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a new washing machine.

It doesn't get as much water out after a spin cycle which means I need to put it in the dryer longer. I like the location of the softener and detergent dispenser.
