Once it was installed and was able to be put to use we had 3 hampers full of clothes that needed to be washed. Without an agitator we can put so many more clothes than I have ever been able to in any other washing machine. I love that it has compartments for each cleaning solution you would use. Bleach in the front and a pull out drawer in the back for HE detergent and softener. There is also a jet sprayer that you can use to rinse out the cap of your detergent. The dial is self explanatory and easy to use. I like that it turns off when the cycle is complete. One of the best features is the fact that it has synced with my refrigerator and cell phone I have the laundry in the basement and cant hear when it is completed, and now I get a notification on both devices telling me when the washer is completed. I would buy this washer again and again.

The aesthetics are brilliant and very attractive to look at, for a busy house with 2 young children it has been nothing but a workhorse for all out tough stains food and mud and a like. We linked ours up to let us know as soon as the cycles finish so we are never forgetting to finish our laundry in time. It's quiet, efficient and looks beautiful and sleek. This is my first non agitator washer and is much bigger and gets all our laundry done faster then ever. I love the unit and would purchase Samsung again. There is no center agitater to take up all the room in there. I has a lot of different programs to choose from and you can also download more from the SmartThings App. I like how I can connect all my appliances to the app too. It's really quiet and when I'm doing large loads or like towels, it doesn't walk like the last one used to. I'm really happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased about 2 months ago. I love the capacity, 5.4. I was surprised it doesn't have a 15-20 quick was cycle. It doesn't get as much water out after a spin cycle which means I need to put it in the dryer longer. I like the location of the softener and detergent dispenser.
