This is good cheese! Shaved for salads but, use on sandwiches, eggs in the morning, veggies at dinner. Very versatile!

Not the best for pizza, the cheese is sharp and salty, may be from the anti fungal/spoilage agent used to coat these types of pre shredded cheeses.
