I picked this up to get away from bottled Parmesan with cellulose. I want real cheese, not fillers. This shaved Parmesan has great texture, melts well, and tastes the way I remember Parmesan tasting when I was a kid: rich, clean, and fresh. I tried it on pizza and now I won’t go back. Perfect for Alfredo too.

I love this stuff!!! I have turned a lot of friends on to this cheese. I call it, "my stinky cheese"!!!! I once had a cat for a while and that cat loved that cheese!!!! And it's a great price!!!!!

This is the third time I've used this type and brand of cheese. We specifically use it in arugula salads which are delicious and so easy to make with olive oil, lemon juice, shaved cheese and arugula salad.

This cheese is delicious and SUCH a great price. I bought this to make caesar salads and it was perfect. I was a fan of not having to cut up cheese on my own and I like that this bag has a variety of different cheeses. After we were finished eating caesar salads for the week, I threw the bag in the freezer to save what was left so I could use it in Alfredo sauce. I plan on buying this again... it's a great item!

I use this cheese blend for my own tomato-basil pizza and it is really great. Unfortunately it is not always stocked in my Sams Club so I buy extra and freeze it for later use. This all still work well and the freezing does not affect the flavor of the blent. I would give it 8 stars if I could.

They were out of the PARMIGIANO REGGIANO that I typically buy, so I thought I would try this. It is absolutely awful! Tastes like plastic. I tried to melt it and it wouldn’t melt. Don’t know what this is, Because it sure isn’t cheese!! don’t waste your money.
