This cheese is delicious and SUCH a great price. I bought this to make caesar salads and it was perfect. I was a fan of not having to cut up cheese on my own and I like that this bag has a variety of different cheeses. After we were finished eating caesar salads for the week, I threw the bag in the freezer to save what was left so I could use it in Alfredo sauce. I plan on buying this again... it's a great item!

I use this cheese blend for my own tomato-basil pizza and it is really great. Unfortunately it is not always stocked in my Sams Club so I buy extra and freeze it for later use. This all still work well and the freezing does not affect the flavor of the blent. I would give it 8 stars if I could.

They were out of the PARMIGIANO REGGIANO that I typically buy, so I thought I would try this. It is absolutely awful! Tastes like plastic. I tried to melt it and it wouldn’t melt. Don’t know what this is, Because it sure isn’t cheese!! don’t waste your money.

Bought this as it has a lower sodium amount than most other brands and it has wonderful flavor! I wouls highly recommend it.

Really great shaved cheese... works amazingly to make cheese crisps by spreading them thinly on a parchment paper and baking 10 mintues @ 350. Great too for alfredo and breakfast sandwiches.

As the package states this is a shaved combination of Asiago, Parmesan and Romano cheese. It is delicious on salads, pastas, pizza and just snacking. The Asiago gives it a sharp smell which is exactly what we were looking for. We have already purchased our next package and will continue to put it in our list.
