I love this stuff!!! I have turned a lot of friends on to this cheese. I call it, "my stinky cheese"!!!! I once had a cat for a while and that cat loved that cheese!!!! And it's a great price!!!!!

This cheese is an acquired taste. It is strong and it stinks BUT don't let the smell fool you. It tastes great! When I first opened it I was like what is this? I was scared to try it because the cheese smell was so strong. It looked fresh though so I tried it. We put it on our butter garlic shrimp penne pasta and omg it tasted like a restaurant had served it to us. Absolutely delicious! We then put it on our blackened chicken alfredo and it elevated the flavors to a whole new level, I then tried it on my turkey, guacamole wrap and it was absolutely fantastic! So many uses for it. I keep it on hand to throw into a variety of dishes. Definitely not for everyone I suppose since it does have that strong cheese flavor. But my family likes it and we will keep buying it.

I need to follow a strict diet so, when I found this cheese which is one of the types I can eat I purchased it. I've been getting it ever since. It is excellent quality and has tremendous flavor. It is a very strong flavor and odor. But the flavor makes up for the strong smell. Perfect for soup, salads, Alfredo and snacking.

Large, handy go to for any cooking project that needs punching up with flavor. This cheese will take a bland dish over the top with flavor. It is a far more suitable and safe Italian cheese than some of the questionable additives in most of brand name grated parmesan/cellulose products on the market and this is a very generous quantity that will last a long time. Alsi, it is not finely shredded but is more like small mandoline shaved pieces.

This cheese blend is so good. I even tried it with eggs and salsa and Philly cheese steaks and I am in love.
