Great shaved Parmesan cheese I use it for mini dishes absolutely fantastic would recommend it to others. You will enjoy it.

its great for Alfredo, but when I used in Italian meatballs the cheese was so dry that it just sat in a clump in the meat. not good

This is good cheese! Shaved for salads but, use on sandwiches, eggs in the morning, veggies at dinner. Very versatile!
