Not the best for pizza, the cheese is sharp and salty, may be from the anti fungal/spoilage agent used to coat these types of pre shredded cheeses.

So glad they have this product.Great for salads soups,lasagne,or just snacking.Easier than me slicing the cheese myself.so convient

This blended cheese is a favorite of mine. The quality and taste are excellent. The pricing is just right.

Good for most recipes that require parmesan. The asiago is very strong and pungent, but this is a good product.

its great for Alfredo, but when I used in Italian meatballs the cheese was so dry that it just sat in a clump in the meat. not good
