I love that this cheese has some substance, way better than the ground up Parmesan you usually see. Great flavor too!

This is good cheese! Shaved for salads but, use on sandwiches, eggs in the morning, veggies at dinner. Very versatile!

This is good quality cheese with big flakes and curls. It melts well but keeps some of its shape, making for an elegant presentation

Best price you are going to find this product. My husband LOVES this cheese. We add it to salads and great for making sauces for pasta.

We love this product. I always separate it out into 2 cup servings and freeze. Just as good out of the freezer. Use for cooking and in salads.
