This is the best value and tastes so good. The shaved pieces are not too thin that they break up. Really good!

good taste, melts well, and per package instructions freezing after opening is recommended- freezes beautifully and portions can be taken out as needed.

This makes for a great chicken caesar salad! It does NOT melt well, so I would not advise this for cooking at all. I tried it in a cheese sauce and as a pizza topping, no luck getting it to melt right.

I don’t like how smells, i work as a cooker and i use Parmesan even i use the same brand but the big one a big ball we grate it and is very good but I don’t know what happens

What a great product! Totally agree with the other reviews! This product is what elevates a really great dish to a complete 'Speechless' dish. With the amount of cheese, and varieties, it's a great price too!!! Would recommend for sure!

This shaved salad blend is perfect..... lettuce, tomatoes, members Mark croutons, 3 cheese shaved blend and Olive Garden dressing....... best ever! My staple meal in losing 10lbs last month! Don?t ever discontinue this!

This cheese is absolutely delicious…use it on pizza,omelets, egg bakes,casseroles,burgers… can’t open my frig and my puppy is right there for a bite of cheese🐶 she knows the sound of that bag, I also top her dry dogfood with a bit of it 🐶

I buy this all the time and it's usually fresh. The last bag that I bought had an off taste... like it had gone bad. I requested a refund online, and the website told me that I could 'mail' it back for free. After I stopped laughing, I opened up a chat with customer service, and they refunded my money.

Very good cheese. This is the closet to raw milk cheese in this quantity.
