This cheese tastes very good and the convenience of it is great, especially for Caesar salad and making Alfredo sauce. There is alot of cheese in the bag, lasts along time.

I haven't found anything that isn't good with a little shaved cheese on it. One thing I love to do is make small piles of this cheese on a cookie sheet and broiling them until they melt and become golden brown. The best chips in the world.

This blend is fantastic for Caesar Salads. The cheeses are shaved which is great for salads, however when I want to sprinkle on pasta, pizza or anything, a few pulses in the food processor and it's good to go.

This shaved cheese is delicious on salads. I also sprinkled it on broccoli when it was almost ready to eat. The larger pieces adds so much more flavor than grated cheese.
