I bought these to put on my salad. It now goes on just about everything from eggs, to pasta, vegetables and meat. My husband and I love this cheese. I has a little different taste that makes all our dishes a little different and special.

If you’ve never tried this cheese, you are missing out. The blend of Italian cheeses, shaved not shredded, is the perfect combination in salads, on pizza, or any pasta dish.

I like the cheese combo, can’t eat it fast enough. Glad to see in the ingredients list that there is no CELLULOSE in it, like I found in the grated cheese container.

Now this is the cheese that you would need to have back up in the freezer, My hubby and I put it on salads or chili over casseroles. It is fantastic. Great flavor great texture.

This shaved cheese is delicious on salads. I also sprinkled it on broccoli when it was almost ready to eat. The larger pieces adds so much more flavor than grated cheese.

Fantastic for salads, pasta, pizza, and homemade bread recipes. Great flavor. Now if only Sam's Club would give me Asiago cheese in a sliced version and bring back the sliced provolone cheese again!

Love this Parmesan. We use it shaved as well as grinding it up in the food processor for pasta cheese. I make a container of it and keep it in the fridge. Yummy and less than half the price at the grocery store.

This blend is fantastic for Caesar Salads. The cheeses are shaved which is great for salads, however when I want to sprinkle on pasta, pizza or anything, a few pulses in the food processor and it's good to go.
