This is a great mixture of cheese. It is fresh, rich, flavorful and moist. It is great in salads, on pasta and probably a hundred other ways. Just get some and try it. You will stock it on a regular basis. You’re welcome.

I love this shaved parmesan cheese. It is so convenient. I use it for salads, lasagna, soups and to make homemade alfredo sauce. Tastes excellent! I hope they never stop carrying this product. It is so much better than the "jar".

We keep this around at all times. I like to blitz in the food processor if I need the cheese smaller. It does really, really well as sized in lasagna or baked dishes.

Cheese, Cheese and More Cheese!! We buy this bag of cheese every time we go to Sam’s, which is at least once a month. We use this mix of cheese on everything, and everything!! The flavor is absolutely delicious, fantastic, rich in flavor, etc!!

I find this cheese pieces very convenient and tasty. I leave in freezer and take out about 2 cups to use during the week. Sometimes it’s just a couple of pieces for a snack.

Love this Parmesan. We use it shaved as well as grinding it up in the food processor for pasta cheese. I make a container of it and keep it in the fridge. Yummy and less than half the price at the grocery store.

This blend is fantastic for Caesar Salads. The cheeses are shaved which is great for salads, however when I want to sprinkle on pasta, pizza or anything, a few pulses in the food processor and it's good to go.
