Love this Parmesan. We use it shaved as well as grinding it up in the food processor for pasta cheese. I make a container of it and keep it in the fridge. Yummy and less than half the price at the grocery store.

Will continue to buy this great flavor nice big bag for what you buy going to use it on my eggplant parmigiana going to use it on my French bread and parmigiana sticks and we'll mix it in with salads great useful product

This shaved cheese is delicious on salads. I also sprinkled it on broccoli when it was almost ready to eat. The larger pieces adds so much more flavor than grated cheese.

I find this cheese pieces very convenient and tasty. I leave in freezer and take out about 2 cups to use during the week. Sometimes it’s just a couple of pieces for a snack.

Very tasty and fresh and oh so versatile. You'll have a blast figuring out all the dishes to add these shavings to. When in doubt, do what I do and just eat then right out of the bag!

Love this cheese and all the Bel Gioioso’s products!!! Anytime I make a salad, I put this cheese on top. I sprinkle it on my spaghetti and macaroni. I put it in soups when I serve it. I love it❤️

I bought these to put on my salad. It now goes on just about everything from eggs, to pasta, vegetables and meat. My husband and I love this cheese. I has a little different taste that makes all our dishes a little different and special.

This cheese blend is delicious!! I keep a bag on hand always. I usually use it in salads, but it is great on pasta dishes, omelettes, and casseroles.
