I love the quality and the price of this product. My husband says Parmesan is a side dish for me. What can I say I love it.

Delicious cheese! I use it for anything that calls for Parmesan cheese. I repackage it in smaller bags and freeze it.

I bought this for a salad and have used it for so many more things ~ meatball subs, burgers, pasta, and more. It’s delicious; a strong flavor of Asiago and the bite of parm. Very good!!

This blend of Cheeses is absolutely the best. When purchased, I thought it would take awhile to consume, but it turns out, it's perfect for just about everything cheese, great snack, addition to dishes, salads the list is endless.

We keep this around at all times. I like to blitz in the food processor if I need the cheese smaller. It does really, really well as sized in lasagna or baked dishes.

I haven't found anything that isn't good with a little shaved cheese on it. One thing I love to do is make small piles of this cheese on a cookie sheet and broiling them until they melt and become golden brown. The best chips in the world.

I love this shaved parmesan cheese. It is so convenient. I use it for salads, lasagna, soups and to make homemade alfredo sauce. Tastes excellent! I hope they never stop carrying this product. It is so much better than the "jar".

This cheese tastes very good and the convenience of it is great, especially for Caesar salad and making Alfredo sauce. There is alot of cheese in the bag, lasts along time.
