I find this cheese pieces very convenient and tasty. I leave in freezer and take out about 2 cups to use during the week. Sometimes it’s just a couple of pieces for a snack.

This blend is fantastic for Caesar Salads. The cheeses are shaved which is great for salads, however when I want to sprinkle on pasta, pizza or anything, a few pulses in the food processor and it's good to go.

Absolutely the best, I can't ever be without this cheese, plus it pulses into grated cheese so easy, no preservatives! I tell everyone about this cheese

Love this Parmesan. We use it shaved as well as grinding it up in the food processor for pasta cheese. I make a container of it and keep it in the fridge. Yummy and less than half the price at the grocery store.

Although this is the shaved blend of the cheeses, it is not only good for salads but also for cooking. The flavor is outstanding in my pastas, eggs, salads and sandwiches.

This cheese blend is delicious!! I keep a bag on hand always. I usually use it in salads, but it is great on pasta dishes, omelettes, and casseroles.

I like the cheese combo, can’t eat it fast enough. Glad to see in the ingredients list that there is no CELLULOSE in it, like I found in the grated cheese container.

Excellent cheese and at a fair price! This is Great Italian shaved cheese which is good on salads, in soap, on steak, on crackers, or just plain. Highly recommend this cheese at Sam’s Club!

This shaved cheese is delicious on salads. I also sprinkled it on broccoli when it was almost ready to eat. The larger pieces adds so much more flavor than grated cheese.

Very tasty and fresh and oh so versatile. You'll have a blast figuring out all the dishes to add these shavings to. When in doubt, do what I do and just eat then right out of the bag!
