Grape Nuts original cereal is a fantastic option for a filling meal. 200 calories for a half cup serving. Only 4 ingredients that fit into a whole foods diet. Adding fruit, honey, and some milk makes the ideal start to any day. Additionally, I like to add milk and heat in the microwave. Giving me a great warm option in the colder months. Also, Grape Nuts make a great alternative to granola when making a parfait.-Yummy, crunchy addition!!

Grape Nuts is the old school cereal of my youth and it's back! Grape Nuts disappeared over the pandemic but is now back in the massive 4 lb box! Seriously, this box is way bigger and heavier than imagined. The cereal arrived fresh and the bag well sealed. This cereal has the same super crunchy texture as I remember that tears up the roof of your mouth (in a good way) if you eat too much at once. It has a hearty grain flavor from the whole grain wheat and barley and isn't sweet. There are added minerals and if you are sensitive to the taste of these, it may be something of interest to you. It's super dense so you really only need 1/2 cup serving to get almost an 1/3 of your daily fiber (7g) which helps you stay full. I appreciate the low sugar content of only 5 g while also offering 6 g of protein. The ingredient list is simple-only 5 ingredients, with things I can pronounce and ZERO added sugar. Many cereals today don't offer all of these benefits like Grape Nuts. This would be great with milk and fruit or part of a more complete breakfast with eggs, etc. I would even try this on some yogurt for some crunch.

This makes a perfect addition to a breakfast parfait. Adds great nutritional benefits and a nice crunch. Layer of grape nuts on the bottom absorbs some of the moisture of the Greek yogurt and makes that layer soft. I like to add fresh berries to my parfait and then a layer of grape nuts sprinkled on top right before I'm ready to eat keeps the top layer of grape nuts crunchy.

The Grape Nuts stay very solid in milk and do not get soggy like some other cereals. They look pretty much like loose granola. They have 7 grams of fiber per serving. They are very bland alone but I imagine they will taste much better with some fruit or maybe a bit of any kind of sweetener. I personally would not buy them, but if you are looking for a high fiber cereal that keeps it's crunch and does totally taste like cardboard, these may be for you.

Grape Nuts is a classic!! Very healthy for you and it's also very versatile. You can have it as a bowl of cereal with some milk and fruit You can also add it to your yogurt or your oatmeal for a crunchy texture. You can even put it on ice cream! So many ways to eat it. I always have some Grape Nuts available.

First off, I LOVED this cereal as a kid; my mother used to make Grape Nut pudding with it, Yul Brynner was their spokesperson. How times change! 4 pounds seems quite excessive for a sample unless you have a family of 6 that likes them. These will spoil before I finish them, as they are now so hard that I broke a tooth eating them! If you let them sit for awhile to get soggy they're maybe edible. I'll try my mom's pudding recipe to compare, but would I buy them otherwise? Hard pass!

Love this cereal pairs well with just about any fruit combination, I eat this with almond milk and it has a crunchy texture, doesn't get soggy fast like other cereals do! Just the right sweetness don't have to add sugar… excellent product as a morning pick me up !

Grape-nuts cereal is an excellent addition to a yogurt parfait. There is no preparation required other than adding the cereal to the parfait. They have a fantastic crunch when added immediately prior to consuming. With no added sugar, the fiber and protein content leave you feeling full.

These grape nuts were amazing! I forgot how delicious they can be. The box was full and heavy. I did not expect it to be so dense. Grape nuts have that reliable flavor and taste you'd expect with every bowl!

They have a nice, nutty flavor and crunchy texture. I really appreciate that they hold up in milk. Simple, satisfying, and great for breakfast or a snack.
