Get you breakfast fiber crunchies!

I keep hearing fiber is the heal all at the moment so I've been on the hunt for ways to get it in my face. In just a half-cup of Grape-nuts you're gonna get 7g of it, a significant portion of the daily recommend amount. I'm not about to gag it straight, but sprinkled with sugar, fruit, and milk it's a texture sensation.

Grape Nuts is a classic!! Very healthy for you and it's also very versatile. You can have it as a bowl of cereal with some milk and fruit You can also add it to your yogurt or your oatmeal for a crunchy texture. You can even put it on ice cream! So many ways to eat it. Good for what they are

The Grape Nuts stay very solid in milk and do not get soggy like some other cereals. They look pretty much like loose granola. They have 7 grams of fiber per serving. They are very bland alone but I imagine they will taste much better with some fruit or maybe a bit of any kind of sweetener. I personally would not buy them, but if you are looking for a high fiber cereal that keeps it's crunch and does totally taste like cardboard, these may be for you.

Great crunchy addition to a breakfast parfait!

This makes a perfect addition to a breakfast parfait. Adds great nutritional benefits and a nice crunch. Layer of grape nuts on the bottom absorbs some of the moisture of the Greek yogurt and makes that layer soft. I like to add fresh berries to my parfait and then a layer of grape nuts sprinkled on top right before I'm ready to eat keeps the top layer of grape nuts crunchy.

Healthy Cereal

I've been eating grape nut cereal for a while and have mixed feelings about it. on the plus side it's packed with whole grains, fiber and nutritious ingredients making it a filling breakfast option. My biggest drawback is the taste and texture, can be very bland. I prefer to add different fruits, honey, nuts, or cinnamon to increase the flavor.

Good, healthy staple

I haven't had grape-nuts cereal in decades, but it still tastes the exact same as I remember. And it's been so nice to have again. Very simple but still good tasting on its own, but so easy to add a few cherries or banana slices, or even just a bit of cinnamon to to jazz it up a bit. My favorite way to eat it is with a bit of fruit in oat milk, but it's great in yogurt as well. Nice and crunchy in milk, and gets softer almost like oatmeal the longer it sits. With 4lbs in a box, it's a great value. The iron and fiber content are important for me as I don't always get enough in my diet, and the basic, non-gmo ingredients are a win. A good, healthy staple to have around.

Not our thing

Grape nuts were a bit of a miss for our family. I was looking forward to a healthy and less sugary option for breakfast, but no one really enjoyed these. They were very hard and hurt our teeth. They also had a burnt taste. We even tried them as a granola alternative with yogurt and still didn't like the flavor.

More than just a breakfast cereal

I haven't had Grape Nuts cereal in years but forgot how good they actually are. I was happy to see they have zero ADDED sugars since so many whole-grain cereals have a ton of added sugar. They also have 7g of fiber and 6g of protein per half cup serving - so much healthier than most other cereals. And if you go to their website or just google, you can find a ton of other recipes to make using Grape Nuts. This is a 4 pound box so it's a lot of cereal. I like them with fresh fruit, milk, and a little maple syrup or honey.

Doesn't get soggy fast like other cereals do!

Love this cereal pairs well with just about any fruit combination, I eat this with almond milk and it has a crunchy texture, doesn't get soggy fast like other cereals do! Just the right sweetness don't have to add sugar… excellent product as a morning pick me up !

Eat as a cereal or bake with it

The thing I like most about Grape nuts is how versatile it is. You can enjoy it as intended as a cereal but I suggest adding fruit and a natural sweetener like monk fruit or honey. Or you can bake with it in recipes. I love to make a crumble topping of butter and brown sugar and chopped nuts to to add a little extra to things like sweet potato casserole or a pineapple-cranberry crumble. A little of this product goes a long way so the suggested 1/2 cup serving is spot on. The box is classic and easy to recognize as the same product you enjoyed as a child.
