With the high cost of cereal these days buying from Sams Club just makes the most sense.

Money saving

Hard as a rock.  If you have loose crowns or fillings, be careful how you chew or they will come out.  The box is huge and heavy.  Relatively high caloric content, 200 cal per 1/2 cup.

This will help loosen up your old dental work.

If you are looking for a non soggy, whole grain, tasty, low sugar cereal, this is it.  The vast majority of  cereals on the store shelf are nothing more than disguised junk food.  Grape Nuts cereal is my favorite.  Just wish I had discovered it sooner!  I add raisins and or nuts and unsweetened almond milk and that's yummy and healthy!
