Great breakfast cereal.

Post Grape Nuts, is a very healthy cereal, with lots of extra fiber. Everyone needs more fiber in their daily diet and this breakfast cereal is a great way to get it. Great taste with no need for extra sugar. A little goes a long way, it is very filling. The package is a sturdy box for the pantry.

Mmmmm delicious

These are so great and the fiber boost is amazing I love adding them to my Cheerios to give them a flavor boost and a nutritional boost. The texture is fantastic compared to the mush of regular cereal. I would definitely recommend you give these a shot.

No Sugar?! Only Satisfied Appetites!!

In a world where big breakfast with lots of sugar are, king I’ll take Grape Nuts! Not only does this breakfast satisfy my morning hunger but I love the wholesome crunchy taste down to the last spoonful! A simple bowl of Grape Nuts kept me going all morning long and I didn’t even pair it with a caffeinated beverage like I usually do when I choose a large, sugar filled or carb loaded breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised at what a great snack adding Grape Nuts to my Greek yogurt was, which helped me get over the late afternoon workday slump and satiated the afternoon hunger cravings. Definitely going to make sure that Grape Nuts are a pantry staple going forward for my family of five!

Crunchy and filling!

This box weighs four pounds. That’s not an exaggeration. So suffice to say, you get your money’s worth of Grape Nuts. Eating a bowl of Grape Nuts takes me back to childhood. It was a staple around the house growing up, but it’s been overshadowed by the loud, sugar-laden cereal mascots in my later years. It may look like gravel, but it’s a tasty treat at any time of the day. It keeps its crunchy texture and consistency even after being doused in milk. And I’m sure it’ll be great in parfaits. That’ll be my next Grape Nuts combo.

Great alternative to granola.

Grape nuts is great in vanilla parfaits! It gives a perfect crunch. It makes the parfaits more filling for a breakfast. I've added some to my banana acai bowls as well and it's perfect! It adds a good boost of protein and fiber with less sugar than most granola.

Eat as a cereal or bake with it

The thing I like most about Grape nuts is how versatile it is. You can enjoy it as intended as a cereal but I suggest adding fruit and a natural sweetener like monk fruit or honey. Or you can bake with it in recipes. I love to make a crumble topping of butter and brown sugar and chopped nuts to to add a little extra to things like sweet potato casserole or a pineapple-cranberry crumble. A little of this product goes a long way so the suggested 1/2 cup serving is spot on. The box is classic and easy to recognize as the same product you enjoyed as a child.

Hard, crunchy, healthy cereal!

I really enjoyed this grape nuts original cereal. It is very small grains that are extremely hard, crunchy and unsweetened. Seems to be a healthy breakfast meal, but I did have to add sugar. It has a very nice smell with very little to no aftertaste. The consistency was not bad either.

Delicious crunchy goodness

Crunchy, slightly sweet, satisfying bit. It smells great especially when lightly roasted. I eat Grape Nuts Cereal with milk, sprinkled in yogurt and even alone as a snack. A little goes a long way and provides 7g of fiber in one serving. My digestive system loves it. The box is huge so I recommend putting it in a large container with a lid to help keep it fresh. Enjoy!

Good for what they are

The Grape Nuts stay very solid in milk and do not get soggy like some other cereals. They look pretty much like loose granola. They have 7 grams of fiber per serving. They are very bland alone but I imagine they will taste much better with some fruit or maybe a bit of any kind of sweetener. I personally would not buy them, but if you are looking for a high fiber cereal that keeps it's crunch and does totally taste like cardboard, these may be for you.

Oldie but a goodie

It’s definitely harder than granola but very small and crumbly. For me I wasn’t a fan of it as a cereal bland even with fruit BUT in a yogurt it’s delicious! I love that it has no sugar and natural whole grain hard to find anything good for you anymore. This is an oldie but a goodie, glad I tried it because it’s fairly cheaper than the cereals that are bad for you.
