No Sugar?! Only Satisfied Appetites!!

In a world where big breakfast with lots of sugar are, king I’ll take Grape Nuts! Not only does this breakfast satisfy my morning hunger but I love the wholesome crunchy taste down to the last spoonful! A simple bowl of Grape Nuts kept me going all morning long and I didn’t even pair it with a caffeinated beverage like I usually do when I choose a large, sugar filled or carb loaded breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised at what a great snack adding Grape Nuts to my Greek yogurt was, which helped me get over the late afternoon workday slump and satiated the afternoon hunger cravings. Definitely going to make sure that Grape Nuts are a pantry staple going forward for my family of five!

Mmmmm delicious

These are so great and the fiber boost is amazing I love adding them to my Cheerios to give them a flavor boost and a nutritional boost. The texture is fantastic compared to the mush of regular cereal. I would definitely recommend you give these a shot.

Great taste, great crunch, and surprisingly versatile

The first thing that caught my attention with Grape-Nuts is the packaging. The front of the box looks very appealing, with a nice bowl of cereal topped with strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. It makes the cereal look fresh and tasty. The back of the box does a good job of providing additional nation, including the 0g of d sugars, Zg of fiber, and 52g of whole grains per serving. The pictures and serving suggestions also give you some good ideas for different ways to enjoy the cereal. After trying it, I found that Grape-Nuts are much more versatile than I expected. I re like adding strawberries, perries, raspberries, and bananas to my bowl. The fruit adds natural sweetness and goes really well with the crunchy texture of the cereal. One of my favorite ways to eat ape-Nuts is actually with urt. Sprinkle some on top or your favorite yogurt and you have a quick, filling snack or breakfast. The crunch adds something extra that you don't get from plain yogurt. Speaking of crunch, this cereal stays crunchy! That's probably one of my favorite things about it. Unlike many other cereals that become soggy within a few minutes of adding milk, Grape-Nuts hold their texture much longer. You can actually ke your time eating your eakfast without ending up with a bowl of mush. The cereal also has a hearty, whole-grain flavor that makes it feel like a substantial breakfast rather than something you'll be y for again 30 minutes late The combination of the crunch, fiber, whole grains, and fresh fruit makes it easy to put together a breakfast that is both satisfying and enjoyable. I also like that there are several ways to eat it. You can have it with milk, add fresh fruit, mix it into yogurt, or use it as a crunchy topping. That makes it a cereal that doesn't get boring after eating it a few times. all, 1 would definitely recommend giving Post Grape-Nuts a try. If you like a cereal with a lot of crunch and want something that can be enjoyed in more ways than just pouring milk over it, Grape-Nuts are worth putting in your shopping cart. The fact that they stay crunchy and pair so well with fruit and yogurt makes this a cereal I'll be keeping around. 5 out of 5 stars!

Great alternative to granola.

Grape nuts is great in vanilla parfaits! It gives a perfect crunch. It makes the parfaits more filling for a breakfast. I've added some to my banana acai bowls as well and it's perfect! It adds a good boost of protein and fiber with less sugar than most granola.

Can consume many different ways!

There's so many ways you can prepare and use this box of Grape-nuts cereal! Bowl of cereal with milk added your favorite fruit peanut butter & banana is a good one. Add cereal to your fruit & yogurt and also make energy bars with the cereal for a snack for kids sport teams. The ingredients are minimal whole grain wheat, malted barley flour, salt, dried yeast. No added sugar!

Healthy cereal

Look, if you don’t know what grape nuts are, maybe don’t buy a giant box of them. They’re a healthy cereal with good texture. High fiber content and good for you. I like to add them to yogurt and am interested in trying them in new ways since I have a giant box of them.

Good cereal

This is a non-sweet cereal that I enjoy. Unlike other cereals, these cereals are small bits and pieces. I enjoy eating it with fruits like bananas to boost up the flavor and fiber content. I like that there’s hardly any sugar (and you can certainly taste it). The only downside is that it is a hit hard to chew so kids don’t really enjoy it.

Classic Whole Grain Cereal from Post

"Hey Grandpa! Look what I'm eating for breakfast!" "Why it's Post Grape Nuts cereal, my favorite!" Yes, Post is still making Grape Nuts, and they are using the same simple basic ingredients: whole grain wheat and malted barley flour, plus salt and dried yeast. Healthy. Does it come up to the level of a good option for a meal today? This box is big and heavy - a whopping 4 pounds! Servings per box....31. I'll bet your are used to about 3-5 per cereal box, right? A standard serving contains 27% of your daily fiber and a whopping 200 calories (excluding your type of milk). The taste is straight up ok, so relatively mono-flavored and a bit bland. And very crunchy. Sugar? Non-existent and not needed, as you can add your own, perhaps via fruit. A better option is to use Grape Nuts as a granola topping with yogurt or acai or for making your own granola bars. Overall these are decent ingredients for a healthy input of fiber and grains, but there is way too much crunch vs. flavor to put this high on my list of cereals. I prefer adding some to my acai bowl and my yogurt.

Good not great

Right out of the box these are like little rocks. I tried them as a yogurt topping and they didn't soften much. My husband put them in a bowl with milk and let it sit in the fridge for 20ish minutes and loved it! It was ok to me but I am not a huge oatmeal fan. It does have a slight hint of sweet which I like! The box is huge and will last for a while and is easy to store in the pantry.
