Crunchy, very tasty, and it is a topping for a myriad of dishes, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The fiber is a wonderful addition.

Great taste and always stays crunchy. I like the fact that it’s low sugar. I usually add fruit on top but it’s great plain too.
