I have never seen such a large box of Grape Nuts. This will last so much longer than buying the tiny boxes in the grocery stores. Great Deal.

NON-GMO! Very healthy cereal. It is a hard cereal, so to protect your teeth, I would let it soak in milk for 5 minutes or so and then enjoy. I usually put walnuts in it; delicious!
