A light crunchy whole grain cereal that mixes well with fruit, peanut butter or yogurt or a mix of all of them together. Very filling with 7g of fiber per serving to get the day started.

Grape-nuts cereal are a great addition to my morning yogurt. It gives it a nice crunch when eating. This cereal doesn't get soggy and is very filling. Grape-nuts doesn't contain a lot of sugar. Overall a great addition to my morning breakfast.

Reminds me of my childhood. Can't eat them all the time because of the carbs, but I do love them. Package arrived undamaged, well-packaged from Sams Club. This is a BIG box of Grape Nuts!

This is a very large box of grape nuts, cereal, certainly enough for a large family. There are seven grams of fiber and fifty two grams of whole grains.

Nice size box of cereal. The taste is not bad but they are super hard! No amount of soaking softens them. Not much fat in them but carbs are kinda high. I would not buy these.

Grape nuts is very crunchy definitely recommend letting it sit for a bit before eating. It is not very sweet so with yogurt it was perfect! It has a large amount of fiber which is super nice and the box is a large amount.

Just as I remembered. Hearty and crunchy and doesn't get soggy in milk. Not overly sweet like a lot of cereals that claim to be healthy. Satisfying breakfast that kept my hunger away until lunch.
