I find it relatively easy to clean, however sometimes the dough sticks in some of the crevices which require me to use a scrub brush to completely clean it. I love how all the blades store inside the bowl for storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros - Love this food processor: 1. It looks good (love the red), 2. perfect size for our small kitchen and 3. is super easy to clean. Cons - There are some things that could be improved: 1. when you mince garlic the blade it seems to be too far from the bottom of the bowl and the garlic does not get sufficiently minced and it ends up as huge chunks. 2. . wish it was more powerful. 3. need to make the suction cups on the bottom stronger. When you run the processor, it shakes and wiggles and you have to hold onto it so it doesn't fall off the counter. Thanks!

i got about 10 minutes of use before it quit working. I was trying to blend cream cheese and oreos when it stopped mid job. i tried reseting it many times like the manual stated and still nothing. I unplugged it, cleaned it up, and let it set overnight. Tried it again the next morning and still nothing. Will be returning.

A hamster running on a wheel generates more power than this thing. it was made with cheap and flimsy plastic. the bowl does not attach securely to the base. the blade doesn't go down to the bottom of the bowl and correctly process the food. it just spins around the bowl. pressing the button to turn on is a roll of the dice........sometimes it comes on and others it doesn't. as the owner of kitchen stand and hand mixers, I expected better, much better. I will look into another brand

I like that it doesn't have a giant hole in the middle. It does a good job making dough. I hate that when shredding/slicing the plunger doesn't get close enough to the blade and I was left with a ball of cheese rolling around cause they unit to shake. I ended up manually shredding. There is a smaller plunger piece but it easily falls to far down the hole and I was afraid it would be shredded.

If I could give it a lower rating, I would. I bought this about 6 months ago to replace another brand that had worn out due to age. I had not used this one much until recently and have found when trying to process that it will go around a few times and next thing you know, to get it going again, the machine has to be unplugged and plugged in again. I was processing pecan's, coconut, walnuts...not that should have been difficult. In the past I had a favorable opinion of KitchenAid products, after this experience, no longer.

I was excited to get this because of all the great reviews but I i NEVER got to use it. The shoot you put the food into is miniature. I wanted ro slice some potatos but the shoot is way too small. I couldn't even fit small red potatoes cut in half!! A normal potato is about double the size of the shoot! So forget getting cabbage in there to shread. Really not sure what people use this for.
