My new KitchenAid 7-cup food processor is very quiet and does a great job! My old mini-food processor died, and I'm really happy to have this new one instead.

Love how quiet and strong the motor is as well the blades, both for slicing and shredding. The only problem is when grating cheese, cheese gets stuck under the edge of the lid. Not all the way around but just under the area where it latches down. I end up having to use a butter knife or something similar to get it out. Overall, I would buy it again.

Love this . Perfect size for me ,my old was maybe 25yrs old. This works so much easier. Just the way the lid goes on is really great. Happy with my purchase.

Was worried it might be too big, but chopping season for holidays worked perfect

We bought this to replace a processor we owned for 35 years. We liked the design and footprint of this model, especially the ability to store all the pieces inside. However, in the first use it was evident this machine just doesn’t have enough power to take on certain food processing jobs. We were rather disappointed as we typically like the Kitchen Aid brands. Though the design gets an A+ we just couldn’t rate it higher due to its performance.

Not a fan, too much space between blade and top of container, block off cheese kept getting stuck or just flew through without shredding.

Awful piece of equipment. Last Kitchenaid food processor lasted over 24 years and only failed me because the bowl cracked after so many years and no replacement was available. This new piece of junk has only lasted seven months. The pusher cracked and a chunk fell into the bowl while using, the top lid securing feature snapped off, and the motor cuts out randomly. Do better, KitchenAid. Your products are NOTHING like you used to make.

Poor performance. Very weak. I returned it.

A hamster running on a wheel generates more power than this thing. it was made with cheap and flimsy plastic. the bowl does not attach securely to the base. the blade doesn't go down to the bottom of the bowl and correctly process the food. it just spins around the bowl. pressing the button to turn on is a roll of the dice........sometimes it comes on and others it doesn't. as the owner of kitchen stand and hand mixers, I expected better, much better. I will look into another brand

i got about 10 minutes of use before it quit working. I was trying to blend cream cheese and oreos when it stopped mid job. i tried reseting it many times like the manual stated and still nothing. I unplugged it, cleaned it up, and let it set overnight. Tried it again the next morning and still nothing. Will be returning.
