I love this food processor!! It’s easy to use and very easy to change blades and easy to clean. It’s nice the bowl is a lift off not a twist off. It’s great to have 3 settings to choose from.

Dies easily. Only last 2-3 years with once a week usage. Still looks new. Will not buy another one. Called service dept for kitchen aide, and was told nothing they can do to help, recommended I buy another one!

I like that it doesn't have a giant hole in the middle. It does a good job making dough. I hate that when shredding/slicing the plunger doesn't get close enough to the blade and I was left with a ball of cheese rolling around cause they unit to shake. I ended up manually shredding. There is a smaller plunger piece but it easily falls to far down the hole and I was afraid it would be shredded.

If I could give it a lower rating, I would. I bought this about 6 months ago to replace another brand that had worn out due to age. I had not used this one much until recently and have found when trying to process that it will go around a few times and next thing you know, to get it going again, the machine has to be unplugged and plugged in again. I was processing pecan's, coconut, walnuts...not that should have been difficult. In the past I had a favorable opinion of KitchenAid products, after this experience, no longer.

This food processor was easy to use the first time. I wanted something to make hummus pesto with. I have not tried pesto, but the hummus I made is delicious with a perfect texture. The food processor is pretty easy to clean and appears to be very durable. High-quality product!

I was excited to get this because of all the great reviews but I i NEVER got to use it. The shoot you put the food into is miniature. I wanted ro slice some potatos but the shoot is way too small. I couldn't even fit small red potatoes cut in half!! A normal potato is about double the size of the shoot! So forget getting cabbage in there to shread. Really not sure what people use this for.

I was so excited to get this food processor, and it really doesnt work well at all. No matter what ingredient i put into it, it works for one or two pulses and then all the lights blink and it stops working. I unplug it, try to use it again and it does the same thing. It isn't overheated, but it just stops working after two pulses. Not worth the money and i feel i wasted money on this product. I would give it zero stars if i could.

Love having a selection of tools for grating and shredding, stored all together.

Just the right size for my kitchen needs. Big enough to handle what I do but compact enough to store in my small pantry.

The food processor is higher quality than the one it replaced. I appreciate that all the blades, etc. store inside the unit. I also appreciate that one can drizzle liquids easily.
