I loved Ruby2 so much that I got a Ruby3 for the lower level. These are game changers! Ruby1 was relegated to the RV garage. She doesn't have the self emptying feature. So convenient to schedule the other 2, and I don't have to babysit them. I have a 5400 sq. ft. home, so these gals really help out. They really keep the dust under control. So far I am beyond delighted with their performance. I've only had them a short time, so hopefully I will continue to be thrilled.

I'm absolutely furious with the horrible customer service. After 2 weeks the robot broke - bumper stuck. Okay, it happens and I was going to give it another chance. But ONE month later and I still don't have my robot. Customer service is useless - sent me a refurbished item instead of new replacement, as the rep told me. After that the UPS lost the new item. Not their fault BUT because they don't send you the automatic tracking I didn't know about it. If I don't it in the next day or so, I'll just ask for refund and go get a non-irobot vacuum that works!

Overall I enjoy it. Who doesn't like not having to vacuum every day? But the base station requires me to push the bag down every day, or every two days because it will say bag missing. The maps often get messed up, or it won't go all the way to the wall and leave around the walls un vacuumed.

My family generally picks up all of the pet toys and any other items on the floor however, the one time we happened to miss something it really became a huge mess. This robot guarantees that it avoids pet messes, let me tell you first hand that it DEFINITELY does not. Then I contacted customer support, have a case number and everything. They say give them 48hrs. It's been over a week and haven't heard a thing back yet. Idk why we paid for the protection plan to not get any service or help. I'll do you all a favor and spare you the pictures of the mess.

I do not recommend buying this iRobot! This is the stupidest iRobot I have owned since 2008. It gets stuck all the time, cant find it's base and the vacuum base had electrical issues after 3 months and had to be replaced. 6 months in and less than that in use, due to the base replacement taking over 2 months to deliver after consulting with customer service the only thing we are left with is a measly trade in of $100 or replace the unit for another idiot robot :( I regret this purchase and the experience altogether.

Absolutely love this vacuum! Love that i can assist it through my smartphone.

Third iRobot in many years. This one is my favorite. Love the mapping and emptying bin.

Have tried to while home. Too noise. Have used while out. It got stuck 2 out of three times
