I'm absolutely furious with the horrible customer service. After 2 weeks the robot broke - bumper stuck. Okay, it happens and I was going to give it another chance. But ONE month later and I still don't have my robot. Customer service is useless - sent me a refurbished item instead of new replacement, as the rep told me. After that the UPS lost the new item. Not their fault BUT because they don't send you the automatic tracking I didn't know about it. If I don't it in the next day or so, I'll just ask for refund and go get a non-irobot vacuum that works!

We decided to add a budget smart robot to clean and let me tell you it sucked and not in the way you want a vacuum to suck. The thing didn't work that well. Then we found the J7 from iRobot and let me tell you this thing SUCKS but it a good way. We have two little kids that are always dropping things on the floor, on our rugs and in the carpet. This robot vacuum could handle it all and all while avoiding the toys they left on the ground. The techology in this robot vacuum was something else. It can map your house and do cleanings without much interaction from me or my wife. It can learn where to go and where not to go over time. This is one of the coolest smart products out there. So like I said at the start, time to check out the iRobot J7. Do yourself a favor and get one NOW!

Very disappointed. Spent a ton of money on this thing in January only for it to completely stop working already. I have followed all the steps and have done everything possible to get rid of "Error 26" and still nothing. Now if I want to fix an already very expensive vacuum, I have to spend MORE money to replace the head module if I ever want it to work again. I guess the old "You get what you pay for" saying doesn't include this pricey machine.

Welcomed my new cleaning lady iRobot. We named her Stella. You program your iRobot to clean the carpet and floors. It will clean you whole house or certain rooms. Just select which room or rooms to clean. I turn on Stella when I do errands and when I come home my carpet and floors are clean. Saves so much time to do other things. You will love this Roomba J7.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am just loving how well this Roomba Vacuum works, it vacuums the floors well and I really like that when the vacuum is full it will go back and empty it self and then continue vacuuming my floors. This vacuum is also pretty quiet picks up everything in its path and I also like that it sweeps the edges of the rooms. It is also easy to empty out the canister once it’s filled up.

This new self emptying Roomba is a game changer! I turn it in through the app while I'm at work and it vacuums my entire first floor itself without me emptying it. The battery lasts for long. The vacuum is very smart at drawing maps and navigating through the house. Mopping feature is another great add on. I have two dogs and have to vacuum daily. I just can't express enough how having this new Roomba changed my housework. So easy to use!

It is great for a family like ours who is always coming in and out. We also have 3 dogs and we use to have to vacuum several times a day. Now with a roomba we can finally stay on top of all our other chores and have more time to hang out as a famliy, and with it's obstacle avoidance I dont have to worry about it getting stuck. To anyone who is thinking of getting one, I highly recommend this product.

It does a great job of getting over area rugs and furniture. It does have a very large dust bin, which is great. I love this vacuum and use it frequently.

By far the best roomba ever with so much intelligence that you no longer have to worry about it getting stuck or worse running over dog waste. The only negative is the sound it makes when emptying itself....can wake the dead. I have a new large home and it will work hours (going back and recharging of course) until it is totally complete. Love the ability to identify rooms and schedule them on different days.
