It is great for a family like ours who is always coming in and out. We also have 3 dogs and we use to have to vacuum several times a day. Now with a roomba we can finally stay on top of all our other chores and have more time to hang out as a famliy, and with it's obstacle avoidance I dont have to worry about it getting stuck. To anyone who is thinking of getting one, I highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Convenient, picks up more than expected. I like that it integrates with Google home, and it's great maneuvering around mid to larger objects. Only minor cons are that it has a small bin that sometimes needs to be emptied mid job and smaller objects like toys will need to be cleared for optimum use.

My family generally picks up all of the pet toys and any other items on the floor however, the one time we happened to miss something it really became a huge mess. This robot guarantees that it avoids pet messes, let me tell you first hand that it DEFINITELY does not. Then I contacted customer support, have a case number and everything. They say give them 48hrs. It's been over a week and haven't heard a thing back yet. Idk why we paid for the protection plan to not get any service or help. I'll do you all a favor and spare you the pictures of the mess.

We have a home with a lot of pets (3 small dogs and 4-5 cats). All are indoor pets so we get a lot of shedding going on. This robot has been wonderful at helping to keep the mess down. "Rosie" runs every morning during the week and we deep clean vacuum on the weekends. I love seeing the tracks on the carpet each day and knowing that she's helping to keep up with the hair. She doesn't pick up everything and we often times have little tufts of hair left on the carpet but she works wonders on the hard floors to keep the litter mess to a minimum. If we had full hard floors upstairs, I would pair with the mop robot. Rosie also is great at avoiding obstacles (we haven't had a mishap yet). She knows each of our pets and that they are all temporary obstacles to avoid. I can't remember the last time I had to review an obstacle. We also have a dog that is not quite housebroken and Rosie has never had a poop-cident. I am very impressed with this vacuum. The only real issue we have is that she doesn't seem to stay charged as much as she used to. She used to be able to do the whole upstairs on one charge and now seems to go back to the base one or two times to complete it. Not a huge thing and she still does a great job.

I'm not entirely happy with my Roomba. While it does clean the house decently, it has trouble getting back to its dock, which is really frustrating. It also tends to get in the way sometimes, making it more of a nuisance than a help. It's not a horrible product, but it's far from amazing. Looking back, I'm not sure it's worth the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the iRobot for three weeks and am impressed by its cleaning abilities, especially on carpet. The iRobot app is very user-friendly and makes setting the vacuum up and using it simple and easy. The collection bin for dust/debris is quite small and needs to be emptied often to keep the vacuum working, and seems to dump a small amount of dirt on the ground whenever it is removed. I have noticed that the vacuum has a difficult time cleaning along the edges of area rugs, it will often not pick up items that are in my hardwood floors around the edge of the rugs.

We purchased it because i have back issues and can not sweep or mop any longer because it is so painful and yes i would buy it again 10x over. It does and excellent job on our hardware floors. My only regret is that we couldn't afford to buy the model that also mops because of financial issues, the only reason we didn't buy it. If your undecided on getting you one, don't hesitate to purchase it, in my opion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this vacuum. It's quiet, efficient, and easy to use. We have a pretty busy household with multiple pets and it's very easy to schedule it to clean with our phone between the chaos. The room mapping is an excellent feature and makes it so much easier allowing me to send it to a particular room when it needs more attention. I've tried other brands of robot vacuums and this one by far is superior in every way. It has helped me gain more time not having to do a daily vacuum. I'm amazed at how much pet hair it cleans up and how well it does on our multiple surface types. I also love that it doesn't get stuck and is able to go around obstacles. The only cons that I've experienced is the size of the debris bin and that it doesn't like going over one of my bigger/thicker rugs. But, emptying the bin is pretty easy and it was able to map around my rug to clean around it. Overall, It's a great device and I would definitely purchase for what it is able to do and help with. I would recommend this to anyone with a busy household looking to save on cleaning time.

The robot is a peace of art, so beautiful and modern design and what I like the most in it was that it makes almost no noise. The battery never lasts enough to do a total home cleaning and I live in a very modest 1600sq foot house. You also need to have the lights on in all the rooms while it works so that drives up your electricity costs because it takes very inefficient paths to get the cleaning done. its dust bin is incredibly small as well so you will have to babysit it to make sure it's still sucking up dirt and dust. You can turn the feature off to stop when its dust bin is full, but what use is that? The vacuum would just be essentially leaving dirt and dust in the carpets. I was trying to buy something that was headquartered in the USA, but sadly this has let me down compared to the other brand I had before this unit.
