[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much better than the previous generation models. The roomba moves in more straight lines rather than randomly. This is a huge bonus, also it takes pictures to help make decisions! This is a total helpful overhaul. The only reason for 4 STAR is sometimes it gets stucks on bumps into things too hard and tips things over.

I brought a J7+ in March and it is now June and I keep getting error 26. I have cleaned the everything it rebooted, still getting error. It's suggested I buy a new cleaning module; I cannot find this for my module. How can something cost so much money to only last 3 months?! If I had known this I would've never purchased it. The sad thing is, I LOVED the vacuum up until this point. It cleans beautifully and the mapping of rooms is perfect. Still, I would've put my money towards an upright vacuum if I had known I would have this issue. I know have a very expensive, unusable item. Extremely disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a disabled veteran I can say without reservation the roomba iRobot is a outstanding piece of tech. After sending the iRobot out to map my house it accurately mapped all the rooms in my house. I can now send the iRobot to clean a specific room or hallway. Great for cleaning under our bed where I would be unable to clean. Love this little guy!

We have the J7+ with the M6 mop and they are a life saver. So easy to clean the floors while at work or doing other things around the house. Takes a little work to get it programmed to avoid the areas that are a challenge but certainly worth the effort. We live on a lake and it is no longer a big deal if someone tracks into the house.

I have a J7+. Routinely runs over cords and other objects. Bumps into everything hard enough to knock things off of shelves. Literally knocked a candlestick onto my head today like the villain in a game of clue. Pushes objects as large as cat trees and end tables around. Suction and cleaning isn't bad, but not great either. It does the job as long as it runs every day.

I own almost every vintage of iRobot robots. I have been a customer for 20 years, having owned one of their first robots. This i5+ is a piece of junk. What concerns me most is the number of times I have called and the lack of support I have received. This episode now has gone on for over 5 weeks. Daily phone calls yield nothing. Calls to corporate yield nothing. At this point in time, there is literally nothing iRobot can do which will make amends for this fiasco .

It maps and cleans the whole level of your house leaving it dust and dirt free. The tank holds the dust and makes it so simple.

Likes: Vacuum is reasonably quiet eventually gets almost everywhere to pick up stuff I wouldn't normally try to get to with regular vacuum. Dislikes: It can get clogged, even without a lot of dirt pickup. The mop does an OK cleaning job, not nearly as good as a manual cleaning job with a Bona mop. It can't do any "scrubbing". But it is very efficient in its use of cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This roomba vacuum is absolutely fantastic. It is actually quieter than one of my older units and glides gracefully across the room. It has a camera on the front that is able to scan the location and will start to remember where it should and shouldn't go. The rubber rollers underneath are very convenient when it comes to cleaning. I just pop them out and remove any hair and lint wrapped around it by rolling it off. No longer need to cut the pieces of hair trapped in the brush rollers. I would definitely recommend this vacuum to anyone and everyone!

This robot fixes that issue, I am able to create a map of my house and ask the robot to clean very specific areas or rooms. When the robot detects an obstacle, it sends me a picture and I can determine if it's truly an obstacle.
