I really liked how this model can help me vacuum and mop around the house, but how it also avoids all the furniture around my house; I don't need to move anything at all! And it auto-empties, so I come home to a clean house -- all at the push of a button.

Deebot has truly changed my life. It’s a completely hands off experience that leaves my carpet and hardwood floors spotless. This includes having 3 cats and a busy life. It cleans on a preprogrammed schedule and I come home to a clean home every day. I highly recommend this produce to anyone with a busy life.

This is a great intelligent vacuum cleaner, it avoids the obstacles really well, unlike my older one that seemed to get stuck very easily and keep hitting everything in the room making loud noise. Its mopping features work really well on my wooden floors. I have a border collie and this thing picks up the hair and the mess really well. I normally start the cleaning when I am at work remotely via my iphone app. I also have a camera and its fun to see my dogs reaction when the Vacuum cleaner starts it work, my dog is puzzled and sorts of grinds its teeth when it gets near him, and avoid looking at it. It’s a must buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am just an average person who like to use robotics to accomplish chores where I can and I have had multiple robot vacuums. I started off with roomba and thought I was upgrading when I purchased a Deebot. The biggest trouble is with the docking and recharging. It doesn't and then it can't run on schedule because it is out of battery. This happen 5 out of 7 days. I have cleared and reran mapping I placed in a position all by it's self nothing I have tried works. Extremely disappointed with the docking. I will say when it runs is does a good job of vacuuming HOWEVER the dusk bin is poorly design with it's square edges that traps the dirt and dog hair. The bushes are a good design and easy to clean but it has to have power to clean. The mop is okay but not really capable of cleaning an entire living room and kitchen floor. It also doesn't always keep the mop pad wet enough to scrub the floor even when on max everything. Lastly what is with all the gaskets that just fall out on the floor when you are trying to do maintenance on the dust bin and filter. That is a horrible design. You should think about how people maintain the vacuum. I like to look nice and be clean so I use another vacuum to take care of any dust in and on the unit and also used compressed air to help keep it clean on a daily basis. I have lost 2 of the gaskets because they get suck up when vacuuming the dust bin. All in all Deebot looks nice but not really worth the higher price of the competitors unless they can fix the docking issue. That is a deal breaker for me. I was so looking forward to loving this machine and even thought about the window unit but think I will hold off now. Good luck with your purchase.

Unfortunately, it does not always avoid objects. It’s caught a sock or two, and a cord. The mop is pretty good, but it has trouble going back into the dock with the mop on. I don’t use the camera - I’m not sure what it’s for, other than the thrill of watching your floor get cleaned by a robot lol. Customer service fabulous btw.

The Ecovacs DEEBOT T10 Plus All-In-One is a great cleaning device. The AIVI 3.0 and true mapping technology is great for automated/schedules cleaning because you can set defined areas but also don’t have to worry about picking up everything. The auto empty is a great time saving feature and I love the “mopping”. While this isn’t going to be deep scrubbing and your floors won’t “shine” it does a good job of getting rid of dust and dirty and any paw/foot/shoe prints. Only negative is that the addition of live view/camera is a bit unnecessary in my opinion.

One of the things I love about Deebot is that it is a vacuum that includes all the technology without costing a fortune. The suction power is great especially for pet owners like me. My favorite features are that unlike other vacuums, there is minimal noise, and there is a lot of room to storage the dues so I dont have to keep opening it because it runs out of space. The white color goes with my leaving room decoration, so it goes unnoticed. I would definitely recommend it, a must have in every home!

Big upgrade from the T5. Definitely go for it over the vanilla T10 if you can spare the $$. The docking station takes another chore of cleaning the robovac out of your schedule. But as always, the app could use some polishing. Overall, its a good but. Great if it were slightly easier on the wallet.

The book that comes with it helps, but does jot have all the information you need. I’m sure some of it is self explanatory, but more information would be awesome. Videos would be a dream. All in all I would highly recommend this product.
