Ver, very nice. I have one upstairs and one down. It’s so nice to not have to worry about my floors being clean. Just set up time and days to sweep or mop and done.

Excellent robot for both vacuuming and mopping. Only downside is that it comes with only one vacuum bag.

Love my new Ecovac. It was easy to set up, and the mapping was seamless. The suction is better than I expected, and when it returns to the docking station, the no mess emptying makes me love it more. Great product!

The vacuum works well for both carpet and tile. The mopping function is also good. When mopping it will not cross onto carpet.The controlling App has some challenges. I have used YouTube reviews to learn how to better use the App. I now have learned how to use the App to my satisfaction.

This vacuum is quieter than my previous Roomba, which I like. You have to switch cleaning bins from vacuum to mop. It won’t do both at the same time. I didn’t realize that when I bought it. The app is not the easiest to use. It has GPS so is a very thorough cleaning. Less bumping into things and random cleaning. Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase. Much improved from my previous robot vac.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet and cleans well. My dislike is about the lack of thorough instructions. For instance, there are no real instructions regarding automatic pickup into dust bag. I have never heard it transfer the dirt except once, when I selected “automatic pickup” whilst the robot was on its base. Other features, such as creating rooms/zones… Setting up cleaning schedules… Creating new maps… Are inadequate. The instructions are there, yes, but in no way sufficient to actually utilize the features that I need. I would be reluctant to recommend this to a friend. I have other robot vacuums from other companies in which setting up features and options is much easier, thanks to better instructions.

Design is great. The vacuum is very strong. Packaging quality, software, camera features are excellent. The only issue is it stuck every now and then and needs manual intervention. Just after running for 3 times, i got so tired of getting up and tapping it to restart. Finally at one point it stuck so much that it never started again. So I ended up returning the product.

Powerful but the smart system could be much better. Loses the map all the time, trying to smash into walls or furniture as if it's cleaning for the first time. Blocks on the table. Reinstallation of the app and multiple updates with remapping slightly help for the next few cleaning sessions. And then it becomes 'dumb' again. For the powerful hardware and cleaning quality, no problem. But I have another China-produced vacuum robot bought more than two years ago that cost 30% less but works perfectly. And that model has everything to be the perfect navigator - few of cameras, lidar system, and other features. So, 3 stars, not 1, only because it really cleans well and mops too. But the smart aspects are really below par. Especially since I own the 2nd generation with supposedly intelligent software. Not recommended to buy if you want to start the cleaning and forget about it. Not the case at all.

I only used this vacuum twice. It tried to climb a peice of furniture and scratched it. It would not program to fit my floorpan but the ultimate happened...it woke me up in the middle of the night and would not shut off. I tried to manually turn it off but it would not respond. I returned it the next day and went back to the Roomba product.
