The book that comes with it helps, but does jot have all the information you need. I’m sure some of it is self explanatory, but more information would be awesome. Videos would be a dream. All in all I would highly recommend this product.

Deebot has truly changed my life. It’s a completely hands off experience that leaves my carpet and hardwood floors spotless. This includes having 3 cats and a busy life. It cleans on a preprogrammed schedule and I come home to a clean home every day. I highly recommend this produce to anyone with a busy life.

This is my first auto-empty robotic vacuum and it’s been a real blessing to use for my household cleaning. The Ecovacs DEEBOT T10 Plus All-In-One Robotic Vacuum/Mop with Auto-Empty Station is a wonderful product since it adds the mopping feature to the normal vacuum cleaner so it handles every type of household mess. The best feature for me is the auto-empty station, which eliminates the need to empty the vacuum and deal with all the dust and dirt each time you vacuum. The station is easily emptied, but since it’s so large, I should only need to empty it infrequently. The Deebot T10 Plus has a range of intelligent features which make it so easy to use. It has smart mapping which helps to navigate while it’s cleaning and you can designate areas where it should avoid. The virtual map feature is a nice touch so you can see the floor plan and designate cleaning zones accordingly. and that allows it to create a virtual map of your home, which it uses to navigate and clean your floors. I haven’t tried the mopping feature yet, but I can say that the vacuum is very good and picks up better than my years old (almost antique but still working!) DEEBOT N79S robotic vacuum. With all the features provided with the DEEBOT T10 PLUS, this should be the only robotic vacuum you will ever need. I can highly recommend it and it has more features than I can cover, but I think anyone buying this vacuum will be beyond satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Third robot vacuum and definitely the best. Better than Roomba & big upgrade from T5. Love not having to worry about keeping a clean floor. Unfortunately, it does not always avoid objects. It’s caught a sock or two, and a cord. The mop is pretty good, but it has trouble going back into the dock with the mop on. I don’t use the camera - I’m not sure what it’s for, other than the thrill of watching your floor get cleaned by a robot lol. Customer service fabulous btw.

The Ecovacs DEEBOT T10 Plus All-In-One is a great cleaning device. The AIVI 3.0 and true mapping technology is great for automated/schedules cleaning because you can set defined areas but also don’t have to worry about picking up everything. The auto empty is a great time saving feature and I love the “mopping”. While this isn’t going to be deep scrubbing and your floors won’t “shine” it does a good job of getting rid of dust and dirty and any paw/foot/shoe prints. Only negative is that the addition of live view/camera is a bit unnecessary in my opinion.

This is a great intelligent vacuum cleaner, it avoids the obstacles really well, unlike my older one that seemed to get stuck very easily and keep hitting everything in the room making loud noise. Its mopping features work really well on my wooden floors. I have a border collie and this thing picks up the hair and the mess really well. I normally start the cleaning when I am at work remotely via my iphone app. I also have a camera and its fun to see my dogs reaction when the Vacuum cleaner starts it work, my dog is puzzled and sorts of grinds its teeth when it gets near him, and avoid looking at it. It’s a must buy.
