The cheese has great flavor. We have used it cubed in a salad, sliced on a sandwich and melted on a burger.

You have the option of shredding, slicing, blocking, or melting this cheese. My favorite is to cut some up and eat with Ritz crackers.

Lovely cheese. The Member's Mark Cheddar is good, too, but there is something about this one that I like more.

Good flavor. It's always consistant. I have also learned they do not use the Phyzer culture. no MRNA

We prefer this cheese over the plastic covered in the store. This wax covering really prolongs the life of the cheese and prevents molding.

I love this cheese, I did a taste test with my friends with other cheeses and this won hands down! Nice flavor, without a bite!
