Excellent tasting cheese. We grate our cheese because it melts and taste far superior to buying pre shredded cheese. The difference is remarkable.

We prefer this cheese over the plastic covered in the store. This wax covering really prolongs the life of the cheese and prevents molding.

High value!! We cut in thirds, vacuum seal, for refrigerator then shred as needed. No preservatives like bagged shredded cheese! Tastes Great!!

Good cheddar cheese!. Great in sandwhices, on crackers, with fruit, or to make homemade mac and cheese!
