Lovely cheese. The Member's Mark Cheddar is good, too, but there is something about this one that I like more.

You have the option of shredding, slicing, blocking, or melting this cheese. My favorite is to cut some up and eat with Ritz crackers.

Tillamook makes some of the best cheese, and the Medium Cheddar Cheese (2.5 lbs) at Sam's Club is a great value.
