My husband hates sharp cheddar and I'm not a fan of mild cheddar so this Medium cheddar from Tillamook is the perfect compromise. I prefer to grate my own cheese as I have had issues with pre-shredded cheese not melting properly in my Mac N Cheese. This is a huge block and enough for all my cheese-needs for the month. Freezes & defrosts well.

Tillamook is my favorite brand of cheese and I love the cost savings I get when I purchase it at Sam’s Club.

Love this cheese, so tasty. Purchasing in this size saves money. There are endless ways we use this delicious cheese. There are less nasty ingredients.

Favorite cheddar, hands down. I'm sure you know what cheddar cheese is supposed to taste like, and this tastes exactly like that. Big block should last about 2 weeks with normal cheese habits. Grate your own, it's better that way.

Get yourself some of this cheese! It is stupid good. We have a spare block on hand at all times. You can’t beat the melting of a fresh grated cheese! Chef kiss!

Tillamook is literally the only brand of cheddar cheese I buy. It’s pricey but worth it. My Mom and daughters tried it and love it. It melts perfectly without separating the oils and becoming rubbery like all the others. The medium has a nice flavor that is great on everything from eggs to tacos, nachos, crackers, burgers . . . you name it. It’s great for snacking, too. I continually buy this cheese over and over again. I am a vegetarian and this cheese is the one thing keeping me from being a vegan. It's that good.
