Best Cheddar Cheese. Large block, but goes fast in our house. We use it for burgers, tacos, salads and snacks just to name a few.

I'm so happy Sam's carries my favorite cheese in bulk size. I grate the whole thing and cook through out the week. It keeps well without any issues.

Really solid cheddar. It has a nice sharpness without being too strong, and the texture is smooth and easy to slice. I love how creamy and rich this cheese is. The flavor is bold but still balanced, and it melts really well.

Nothing beats this cheese and the farmers that refuse to sell out to private equity. Their quality is obvious when you try it!! It's the best cheese on the market by far.
