Really solid cheddar. It has a nice sharpness without being too strong, and the texture is smooth and easy to slice. I love how creamy and rich this cheese is. The flavor is bold but still balanced, and it melts really well.

Nice medium cheddar with a smooth taste and no aftertaste. Also does not seem to make me as gassy as other cheddars. Finally did mold but only after over a month. Nice cheese to cut up for snacks or shred for salads
