We like that the drum is super stainless steel easy to self clean itself. Door can be places in partial shut when not in use which dries out the interior preventing the mold algae etc buildup. Like our last LG washer it gives a super wash. We find bending over to get to the back of the drum when unloading is difficult; alternative is to get a stand or item to make it higher. A couple of the setting do not spin and spun out to dry well on the spin cycle = take getting used to. But on the other cycles it super spins out the moisture thoroughly. If as often happens one of us bumps the front knob, it shuts off, but does not come back on to the same wash cycle where it left off, so it all has to be started again. Then again it is really likely we are not understanding the instructions well. We could be calling the LG help people and maybe solve the few issues we have?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my LG washer and dryer a month ago. I did my research and found that LG front load washer (this model) was rated very highly. I have had several LGs in the past and found that they wore out very fast. Fast forward to new technology, style, service and support. The dryer has several options including the steam dry which I LOVE. I had visitors with a small child for 2 weeks. The baby wet the bed every day which meant I washed every day. The sanitizing setting did the trick and i was able to set the size of the load so I saved on water usage. Love, Love, Love it. The bedding setting is awesome. So many positive features that really do what they say they will do. The overall design is slick and sexy. Looks more expensive that it is.. Although NOT cheap!!

We bought our first LG Washer in 2008. It worked great for 15 years and if we had chosen to get it repaired this year when a water pump stopped functioning it might have worked another ten years. But we bought the new LG and love the new electronics. It runs quietly, efficiently and loads are finished in less time. It is truly a work horse.

Me and my wife started looking for a new washer after we moved and this one was the biggest we found and it is amazing! Our clothes have never seemed more fresh, clean, and soft. We are so impressed with the features and the performance with our family's clothes. Would recommend to anyone looking for a washer that is amazing in quality and performance!

We love this front load washer! It's huge and the stackable kit saved us a lot of space. The only downside which I'm not so happy about is the door. I thought it would be glass or at least a hard plastic. It's actually a very soft plastic and if you push a little on it you can feel have fragile it is. It almost cracked when we were moving it into place.

I love my new LG front load washer. It can wash much larger loads of laundry than my prior LG top load washer that I also thought was great until after 10 years it finally died. My laundry looks cleaner with this new washer. The dial to choose which laundry cycle you want to use could be improved. It does not have any mark or indentation on the knob that matches up to the cycle you want to select. It only has a light that comes on for making a selection. Thus, if the light doesn't work there is no way to choose a wash cycle. Slightly confusing. My washer was delivered on 11/20/2023 and even though I've only had it a short period of time I feel confident that I made a perfect choice.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this washer & dryer!!! I have a second home that I have had this washer & dryer in for 11 years and it is still going strong. I was waiting for my old washer & dryer to die in this house, so I could replace them with the same LG washer & dryer. The size is perfect...fits any large bedding you have and can handle multiple bathrooms of towels at the same time. Cleans well, runs quiet and is the most reliable washer & dryer I have EVER had. I have recommended this washer & dryer to many friends and family and ALL are very happy with the purchase.

I really like that it's so big and the description bragged that you could wash bedding all in one load. Well, I put a full size comforter, a fluffy but very light one, and just the sheets in one load and it took forever. It kept getting off balance and stopping. I finally had to take all the wet sopping items out and finish washing them separately. That leads to the next problem. There is no option for just spinning the load again. I wish there were more options. I have the same complaint with the dryer. The clothes do not get dry enough and there is no option to just "dry for 15 for minutes" for example. You can't make up a bed with damp bedding or fold and put away damp clothes!
