[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years, I've used various brands of washers and dryers. It was time to upgrade my set, and several factors influenced my decision. The initial appearance and appeal seemed like a perfect fit for my laundry room. Regarding features, when compared with similar brands, this one stood out because it included all the modern features one could need, such as delicate/wool, steam, heavy load, and customizable load options. You can tailor the cycles to your preference, and they yield tangible results. The machine runs pretty quietly, and the interactive app is quite user-friendly with numerous options. I've used Wi-Fi and app-connected machines before, which were merely functional, but this one works exceptionally well. The notifications are instant, and the online features integrate seamlessly with its functionality. As I write this review, I just received a notification that the wash cycle is complete. In summary, it looks very stylish in the laundry room, with a pleasing color combination. It can handle heavy loads without straining the drum, runs quietly even on heavy settings, is easy to use, and most importantly, cleans much better than any other brand I've previously used. However, there is room for improvement. The touch buttons, while adequate, could be a bit more sensitive to touch. And yes, comparatively, the energy consumption is lower.

I’ve had this set for a proximately two months now, and love! My dryer was a wedding present 20 years ago, but it was time to go. I was really nervous about finding a good dryer. A lot of ones I had used at friends, houses or Airbnb‘s didn’t seem to dry the clothes. I have no problems with this one at all! I have not really used any of the features so I can’t comment on those.

My bedroom is directly across from the laundry room and I never here the machine running ... I made a great choice ... Thank you LG 🙂

Love the ability to connect with my iPhone with the ability to customize settings and notifies me when the laundry is complete! We decided to try the FRONT loaders for the first time and are so happy with them! Thank you LG for all your wonderful technology updates!

NEVER OWNED ONE BEFOR . Had a WHIRLPOLL WASHER BOUGHT NEW IN 2021,WAS THE BIGEST PIECE OF JUNK I EVER OWNED.HAD REPAIR MEN HERE 7 TIMES,COULO NOT FIX IT.GOT THE LG ABOUT A MONTH AGO LOVE IT,EASY TO USE DOES EVERTHING IT SAYS IT WILL.GLADE TO HAVE IT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer and matching dryer over a month ago and I love it, I am a older Senior Citizen and was afraid to use a front load. Never owned one and my last agitator was 42 years old. It is very easy to use, the only thing I was not warned about is if you get the pedestals (they are wonderful) do not buy the plastic water catcher that goes under the washer because you can not open the drawer to the pedestal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well but if you just brush up against the front of the washer it turns on or off. My cupboards are far back and I have to reach. Just touching this machine it turns it on or off. Too touchy.

This machine was an impromptu Christmas gift. My old machine died and my husband asked me what I’d really like. My best friend had purchased LG before and loved hers. Another friend had been told by her repairman to buy LG. This is my first HE machine. I’m loving it so far. My clothes are clean. The machine can handle large loads. I can download specialized cycles if needed. At the end of each cycle, it plays a little tune, which I think is pretty neat. I leave the door open between uses to keep the gasket dry. I’m sure I’m places where the humidity is always high, that may not be a useable strategy, but here where we are rarely over 10%, it’s perfect.

Paid a lot of money for these but after reviewing all the features and seeing how they work, it was worth it all. And setting up was very easy. No need to pay for someone to install. Plus everything looks beautiful and stylish. So far everything has been working perfect!!!

Amazing amount of options the Turbo wash with extra water jets and a Sanitary option with the self heated water was a surprise I wasn’t aware of. Different water levels, self adjusting if it senses the load is out of balance, several washing modes for clothing bedding towel's delicate’s plus it’s huge inside and spins loads really dry . Nice ThinQ app with extra options there too.
