Paid a lot of money for these but after reviewing all the features and seeing how they work, it was worth it all. And setting up was very easy. No need to pay for someone to install. Plus everything looks beautiful and stylish. So far everything has been working perfect!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer and matching dryer over a month ago and I love it, I am a older Senior Citizen and was afraid to use a front load. Never owned one and my last agitator was 42 years old. It is very easy to use, the only thing I was not warned about is if you get the pedestals (they are wonderful) do not buy the plastic water catcher that goes under the washer because you can not open the drawer to the pedestal.

We've had this a few weeks and really like it so far. Seems to do a great job. Easy to use. I like having the 'smart' features more than I expected (getting a notice on the phone or Alexa when the load is done is pretty handy). We seem to have an issue with the door lock sensor being super sensitive - not sure if it's us, the sensor, or common. But happy nonetheless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my LG washer and dryer a month ago. I did my research and found that LG front load washer (this model) was rated very highly. I have had several LGs in the past and found that they wore out very fast. Fast forward to new technology, style, service and support. The dryer has several options including the steam dry which I LOVE. I had visitors with a small child for 2 weeks. The baby wet the bed every day which meant I washed every day. The sanitizing setting did the trick and i was able to set the size of the load so I saved on water usage. Love, Love, Love it. The bedding setting is awesome. So many positive features that really do what they say they will do. The overall design is slick and sexy. Looks more expensive that it is.. Although NOT cheap!!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this washer & dryer!!! I have a second home that I have had this washer & dryer in for 11 years and it is still going strong. I was waiting for my old washer & dryer to die in this house, so I could replace them with the same LG washer & dryer. The size is perfect...fits any large bedding you have and can handle multiple bathrooms of towels at the same time. Cleans well, runs quiet and is the most reliable washer & dryer I have EVER had. I have recommended this washer & dryer to many friends and family and ALL are very happy with the purchase.

I bought this set with the anticipation of doing fewer loads. With the Mega capacity in mind I've easily gone from 6 loads a week to just 3. It even fits a King size comforter with room to spare for sheets. It pairs nicely with my phone in the LG app, which gives notifications when loads are running and finish. Keeps me on top of laundry so I don't forget to swap loads and get behind. Has definitely lived up to my expectations and beyond!

I bought this after my divorce and my ex took everything including the appliances. I have 2 kids and needed something they called "uber washer". I love the extra capacity size perfect for larger items like comforters and blankets. I am able to reduce the loads of laundry to one instead of thee or more and thus using less "well water" and cutting my time by 2/3rds. There is a feature for extra rinse that helps with larger loads such as comforters and large blankets. Its amazing and energy efficient. I am so happy that i found the perfect unit for my family, can't say enough about this unit, if you have the room it is a great investment and the price was reasonable for all its amenities.

The washer is an excellent upgrade from our 8 year old LG 4.5. Performs very well and loads of features. The Smart Home features and functionality is a Joke though. LG claims integration with Alexa, but don't expect much. The most important need is to tell you when it's started or when it's done and that is not possible via Alexa alone. You will need to perform some "Smart Home Gymnastics" via Smartthings, Hubitat, Home Assistant or the like to get it to do the most important function. LG does not offer any real type of Smart Home integration. That said, it is a really good washer.

We like that the drum is super stainless steel easy to self clean itself. Door can be places in partial shut when not in use which dries out the interior preventing the mold algae etc buildup. Like our last LG washer it gives a super wash. We find bending over to get to the back of the drum when unloading is difficult; alternative is to get a stand or item to make it higher. A couple of the setting do not spin and spun out to dry well on the spin cycle = take getting used to. But on the other cycles it super spins out the moisture thoroughly. If as often happens one of us bumps the front knob, it shuts off, but does not come back on to the same wash cycle where it left off, so it all has to be started again. Then again it is really likely we are not understanding the instructions well. We could be calling the LG help people and maybe solve the few issues we have?
