I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this washer & dryer!!! I have a second home that I have had this washer & dryer in for 11 years and it is still going strong. I was waiting for my old washer & dryer to die in this house, so I could replace them with the same LG washer & dryer. The size is perfect...fits any large bedding you have and can handle multiple bathrooms of towels at the same time. Cleans well, runs quiet and is the most reliable washer & dryer I have EVER had. I have recommended this washer & dryer to many friends and family and ALL are very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are on our third washing machine since July 8. The first machine arrived with a dent in it so the installers wouldn't deliver it. The second machine exploded, dented itself along with the washing drum dislodged and plastic side handles blown out. The third machine, so far, is working as one would hope.

Great washer. Extremely QUIET. Love the dryer also. However, the washer pushes out the water so fast, that water over flowed at drain!!! Don't bother calling LG if you need service tho. LING SLOW PROCESS THAT NEVER GETS ACCOMPLISHED. ROBOTS JUST DO NOT COMPREHEND!!!

I had the washer and dryer delivered and installed on Black Friday and have used both numerous times for clothes, bed sheets, and comforters. They’ve performed amazingly for all of the washing and drying. The machines are quiet and it seems like they’re also faster than our old ones. So far, I am loving both!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer and matching dryer over a month ago and I love it, I am a older Senior Citizen and was afraid to use a front load. Never owned one and my last agitator was 42 years old. It is very easy to use, the only thing I was not warned about is if you get the pedestals (they are wonderful) do not buy the plastic water catcher that goes under the washer because you can not open the drawer to the pedestal.

I purchased washer and dryer in October 2022 and am so delighted with their features. It washes the cleanest of any washer I have ever had. I love the fact that they both send a message via my phone when the washer and dryer are completed. Saves me time and effort. They are also larger than my previous appliances.

POSITIVES Large capacity, Turbo Wash effectively saturates large items such as comforters, drain pump mostly quiet and works intermittently rather than constantly making grinding/pumping noise, during drain spin works gently to briefly toss laundry to remove excess water before going into high speed spin NEGATIVES NORMAL cycle unpredictable. May perform a wash and one rinse that’s insufficient. May rinse twice but not sure if that’s based on load size or soil level setting. Can’t tell if you need to set extra rinse until time is displayed after sensing and machine starts. Then have to cancel and restart with extra rinse. Way too much suds left in final rinse on almost all settings even after reducing HE detergent manufacturers’recommended amounts by half. Seems to be worse with Turbo Wash in NORMAL cycle as jets spew milky rinse water onto clothes and spin action seems to oddly increase suds and drop suds back onto laundry. Extra rinses barely reduce residual suds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this extra large capacity washer in hopes that I could do several blankets that I use to take to the laundromat because they could not be spun out at home. So far this has worked although I have not done the largest blanket yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After visiting a few stores and comparing brands . The LG front load was the best decision as far as capacity and price backed up by the LG warranty and the performance of the washer after 1 year has not let us down

I’m loving my new washer and dryer; the sleek look and square doors make for a modern laundry room. As a mother of 4 I do laundry about everyday. Having the large capacity allows me to tackle more at once - also the normal cycle is quick. I connected the washer to our home wifi so it notified me when the cycle is completed. Tip of advice is to measure the doorway and space as we had to remove our baseboard to allow for a slightly larger set.
