[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to work well although there have been a couple of problems. Most importantly, the latch for the door broke off and stayed locked in the catch on the machine around the 10 month mark. It was covered under warranty, but we were without a washer for several weeks while we waited for the repair appointment. We had to make several trips to the laundromat during that time. Secondly, my clothes seem to be breaking down and developing holes more quickly than they did in our previous set up. I'm not completely sure it is the fault of the new washer, but it seems the most likely cause. Other than those issues, I love the capacity of the washer.

Lage capacity and efficiency
I just purchased this washer a month ago and like all previous LG products, they all have performed excellent. The best part is that I can wash all large blankets, and they actually get thoroughly cleaned without stuffing them into a smaller capacity washer.

LG ThinQ Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer does a pretty good job at washing you're cloth, but it's very picky. This washer will wash small and medium loads of clothes just fine. It will not washer heavy loads or just one thick blanket at all. If there is an unbalance or the load gets to heavy it will stop automatically at the spin cycle or not at all. I think the motor isn't strong enough to power threw the load once the items are soaking wet and gets to heavy.

Bad prob with cold water
When I open washer door it’s always hot, even on a delicate cold load and hot on hot load, so many of my delicate clothes are ruined can’t figure if it’s a fluke(lemon) or if this is how it’s supposed to be, I have lots of clothes I wash in cold water very disappointed
Simple, efficient and good at its job
This machine is whisper quiet. Clothes come out very clean considering the minimal amount of water used during the cycle. Hooks up with my phone effortlessly and alerts me when the cycle is complete. I have only done "Normal" loads with it so far. Looking forward to washing some bedsheets this weekend.

Best machine ever!

Really great, huge washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're pleased with this. It's huge so can fit a big load. We were told it had a "smart" dispenser where you just fill it up and then it knows how much detergent to use, but it doesn't. It also only connects to 2.4ghz wifi signal, not 5.0. So we can use that feature either unfortunately. Other than that, looks nice, works great.
Best Washing Machine Ever
I bought the WM8900HBA washing machine a month ago to replace my 10 year old LG front loader that was damaged by the movers during the move to our current home. Wow, what a nice and efficient washing machine. I love that it is WIFI as it allows the ability to download even more washing features. Love, love, love this machine.

Great choice large loads

Deceptive Selling Practice
