Great product, love options that this appliance has; low Noise and smooth operation

Love the look and operation is a cinch! I checked on line for best reviews to make my decision.

I'm puzzled....when checking zip code for delivery it states it can deliver to me. Upon verifying preferred address to deliver my checkout goes through to which payment to process. I hit submit then get an error message can't deliver to address. What do you mean can't deliver....been trying for a week...spoke with CS Sam's club states it's an issue with LG....well since no help with Sam's I had to order from your competitor to get this washer....What a Shame!!!

Hot water inlet valve was stuck in the open position from the factory. Service tech came out to replace. He had the wrong part. He cursed a lot. He complained he could not reposition the washer because he had a bad back and on top of that he had terrrible body odor. That was four days ago, no word on the new part or when/if someone is coming back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I‘ve had this for a month now and I'm very happy with it. It’s very quiet; no water bangers needed also washers very fast. Many features like Wi-Fi tells me when my load is done. You can download different cycles for it, very pleased.

Pros: They look nice. They clean/dry well and are quiet. Cons: Drum light only comes on when you hit the power button, not when opening the doors. Light button only works during a load. Front panel wording is off-white, not backlit & hard to see. Dial starts off on “Normal” but can’t choose options, you have to turn it again to "Normal (if using that setting) to be able to adjust water temp, spin, etc. Settings don’t save, you have to adjust for every load, even if you same loads back to back. I WOULD NOT BUY THESE AGAIN!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I paid full price for this item and the matching dyer and I'm very pleased. The washer is efficient and cleans well and runs quiet. The dryer is just as efficient and they both are very stylish. A bit pricey, but worth the extra expense.

However, after about a year of having it, anytime I use the fabric softener, it leaks water pretty significantly. So, I am no longer able to use liquid fabric softener when I wash my clothes.

I find myself doing laundry every day now and husband is very happy. LG is a very dependable brand I also have a refrigerator I’ve had for 8 years now and never had any issues.

Really love this washer! It's super easy to use and has great features. I highly recommend getting the pedestal for it. I'd read reviews and agree that it's really helpful to have it raised. This washer is very quiet compared to my 16 year old washer it replaced, and it's solid...doesn't vibrate and move (unlike my old one). Love, love, love it. Highly recommend!
