I have had door errors when the door is closed and LG doesn’t have any record of this problem. Wash time does not get clothes clean. LG has no idea and claims nothing is wrong with a full normal default of only 28 minutes. Clothes don’t smell clean at all. Ironically, we have an LG top load in another house that washes nearly twice as long on default. Top loads are supposed to have shorter wash cycles due to larger amount of water used. I have returned several washers with door errors. My recent machine gave a different door error (closed but not locked) This happened one week after delivery. What is going on with quality control?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE my LG washer/dryer!!! I am loyal to LG, I have a refrigerator I’ve had for 5 years and never had an issue with it. My new washer allows for two king comforters and sheets too. Capacity as long as door shuts you’re good!

Really love this washer! It's super easy to use and has great features. I highly recommend getting the pedestal for it. I'd read reviews and agree that it's really helpful to have it raised. This washer is very quiet compared to my 16 year old washer it replaced, and it's solid...doesn't vibrate and move (unlike my old one). Love, love, love it. Highly recommend!

I liked the selection of cycle choices. However, some selection won't allow specific settings like: hotter, higher spin, etc App needs user experience improvements. For example, remote start...it was limited for child safety, but there should be a way to disable it if you don't have a child. Excellent quality washer but the plastic door just dropped my review to average quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer does a pretty good job at washing you're cloth, but it's very picky. This washer will wash small and medium loads of clothes just fine. It will not washer heavy loads or just one thick blanket at all. If there is an unbalance or the load gets to heavy it will stop automatically at the spin cycle or not at all. I think the motor isn't strong enough to power threw the load once the items are soaking wet and gets to heavy.

Hot water inlet valve was stuck in the open position from the factory. Service tech came out to replace. He had the wrong part. He cursed a lot. He complained he could not reposition the washer because he had a bad back and on top of that he had terrrible body odor. That was four days ago, no word on the new part or when/if someone is coming back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After suffering through two Maytag washers failing in three years, both “Commercial Grade”supposedly and Maytag’s abysmal response to repairing them, we went with this LG! We could not be happier! First, it works and actually cleans our clothes, something the last Maytag couldn’t do at all and secondly, it is built to last. We had a similar LG washer several years back but it went with the house when we sold it because the buyer liked the LG washer and dryer, which we inherited when we bought the house and loved them! Why we tried another brand is unfathomable in hindsight. This LG washer is simply amazing!

Excellent washer and Dryer set and superb delivery service!! This is my second LG set and as best as I can determine, this is the newer version of my old set. The washer and dryer are extra large as far as space and load size go and while I am still learning the quirks of this machine, so far it washes faster and the soap dish seems more shallow leading me to believe one really does need less soap. I wash almost everything in tap cool and use Gain/Tide and Buff City soap as the cleaning agent. Shorter wash time and dry times too! Also the 2 year warranty comes with your purchase from Sam's! FYI my last set lasted 14 years AND it was a return at Home Depot. Dryer never died and washer while it still washed great, it would sometimes not stop filling so you had to watch machine and do a hard reset when the problem occurred. Sensitive on/off button so don't lean on either!

I wasn’t sure if I would like the Wi-Fi enabled feature, but I do! I know when the washer is on, off, how long the cycle is, and I can start it remotely. So happy!

I’ve gone through 3 of these washers since October 30, 2024. 1st one was dented like crumpled up foil,2 nd one started throwing codes after 2 weeks. I’m hoping this 3rd one I received couple weeks ago is the charm.
