Refrigerator lasted 1.5 years. Sealed system failed twice. The second time was unrepairable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew a refrigerator could have this many features! The Family Hub is so useful and easy to use, I had no idea what to expect. I Never would have thought I would want a refrigerator with features like a touchscreen, but now I don’t think I could have one without it! From being able to put to-do lists on the home screen to keeping track of expiration dates, this feature is super convenient. Moving on to the inside of the fridge, it is massive inside. Where we used to not be able to see everything we had in our old fridge, to now being able to clearly see everything due to the amount of space and the bright LED lights, we couldn’t be happier. We are able to organize our fridge how we want to maximize all of the space, along with not wasting as much food as we did before. Now for the freezer, I was skeptical because I’ve never had a bottom freeze and I didn’t think there would be as much space as a side-by-side, but boy was I wrong. We put everything we had in our old side-by-side freezer into the bottom freezer and still have space to use (photos taken before!). Also, we love the different types of ice, especially the Ice Bites. Overall, we love this fridge, the size, the amazing features, the brightness, and the Family Hub makes me highly recommend owning this refrigerator!

The interior capacity is huge and we can keep everything organized, which really helps when using the camera to look inside and see what we have. Being able to double check what we need by looking inside has saved on our grocery bill. My daughter enjoys using the screen to draw and share notes with us. My wife uses the screen to pull up pinterest recipes and keep track of her shopping list. I loves that I can control all my smart things items from the screen. The ice options have been great too, always a perfect sized cube for any cup we want to use.

When it was completely installed we thought it was not working but apparently this is how quiet this Samsung refrigerator really is. It has a lot of space in both the cooling section as well as in the freezing section. Including several different ice cubes, which can be turned off when you need extra space in the freezer. The Family Hub on this refrigerator is really great and a big support in our day to day activities. I also want to mention the great design of this refrigerator as it really stands out in the kitchen. When opening, the LED light is really bright and everything is easy accessible. Including the water tap and ice cube maker. Everyone in this household is really happy with this new refrigerator, including the related apps we have on our phone.

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator with a smart family hub screen, and it has been nothing but a disappointment. The so-called "smart" features are more like a headache than a convenience. The touchscreen constantly freezes and lags, making it frustrating to use. The promised integration with apps and family features is clunky and unreliable. Not to mention, it comes at a premium price compared to other refrigerators with similar storage capacity. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product.

The light is very bright, especially at night time and the fridge and freezer compartments both cool very well - adjustable temps thru the app. The family hub had an update which was nice. Overall, so far I like it.

I went grocery shopping the next day .You know you’re old when you get excited for a refrigerator.Who knew having a smart refrigerator was going to be SO awesome .My five favorite thing on hub is customize screens,Amazon dash buttons, listen to music , calendar and shopping list & recipes.
