[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are a multigenerational household who just switched to this refrigerator from an old traditional side by side. This refrigerator has so much space! It fit perfectly in our older kitchen and does not stick out or impede the use of the cabinets around it at all. The freezer is a great configuration to store large items on the bottom and smaller items and ice packs on the top. The refrigerator took a little getting used to and reconfiguring where we wanted everything but it really does make great use of all the space ensuring no space goes to waste. It holds a ton! We got some refrigerator storage bins to organize the shelves and everyone loves it! Being as we are a multigenerational household, we never really know who will be making a grocery store stop, the show me what’s in the fridge feature is amazing! We can quickly assess the needs of the family while out and about. I have also never seen my husband so eager to wash the dishes now that he can play YouTube videos on the fridge while in the kitchen. Our toddler is amazed that she can both draw pictures on the fridge and watch “Miss Rachel.” Personally, my favorite feature is the ice options. A small up of ice water from the door, or filling up my large tumbler with ice for the day from the freezer drawer with the scoop in seconds! It is definitely our new favorite appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received this refrigerator about 2 weeks ago, and let me tell you it's amazing! To start the finger print resistance with 4 little ones is a life saver, no need to wipe down constantly especially since those little hands are constantly grabbing snacks through out the day. Along with those little hands someone's bound to leave a door open and the 2min alarm is a great add to a busy household for getting it closed again and again. In this busy household my favorite part of this fridge though is the Samsung SmartThings app this mom always forgets what's in her fridge well running grocery errands and to pull up the app and check what in the fridge at that very moment is wonderful(means less trips to the store) anyways this fridge is beautiful inside with its amazing lighting and outside with the family hub giving you access to many apps and the kids drawings! Definitely have not been disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old refrigerator was having issue with the ice maker and I was always interested by the FamilyHub series by Samsung, so I got theRF32CG5900SRAA. Let me tell you, this thing does not disappoint! The title mega does it justice because this thing holds SO MUCH! The FamilyHub has taken a bit to get used to as it functions differently than most smart displays. I immediately wanted to share my photos and see my amazing family on that huge screen. It wasn't hard but took more steps to make it happen. All doors open and close easily, cools super fast and is VERY quiet. Everything you need in a fridge and more! The LED lighting is awesome! Great visibility for the entire fridge between the bright LED lights (no more glass bulbs that could break or need replaced. There's a 2 minute timer before the fridge beeps when the doors are open. The doors auto close pretty well, but not always all the way so this feature is pretty useful. Despite being a bit difficult to setup, Smartthings is pretty cool. It allows you to control the temperatures or turn on the Power Cool mode for the fridge or freezer. The entire unit cooled VERY quickly I really do love this fridge but if I had to nitpick, here are the things I'd change or suggest: - Stainless steel shows finger prints and I've already seen a few small scratches from a magnet. Black stainless might be better or the Bespoke glass. - Photo gallery works with One Drive or you can upload up to 10 from your phone through smartthings. Other cloud services would be better/easier - screen resolution isn't up to 2023 standards. I'm tall and the colors are way off from my view. Better screen would offer better viewing angles - Doesn't come with the smartthings dongle. Not an issue for me because I already have a hub and station, but the dongle is kinda hard to find. It's not NEEDED but would be nice - I had a bit of trouble setting up Smartthings, despite being pretty familiar with it. Setup process could be easier. My vacuum popped up right away, this did not. - The Shelf options are a little bit limited BUT one of the shelves has an AWESOME easy to use sliding half shelf for random tall items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for a few weeks now. I generally do not like this style fridge but we got it for the three ice makers. Totally worth the change! The inside is big and holds a ton! The bottom skinny drawer holds my plastic egg cartons like a dream! We go through a ton of eggs! But the three ice makers will sell me every time. The other luxury items are cool. Not sure they are necessary but certainly makes things easier and neat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never owned a refrigerator with a family hub. I never saw the point since I have a smart phone. I decided to try this fridge because I wanted a smaller one then I had. I am in love with the features and functionality of this appliance. The design is sleek, has a space of 25 cu ft, has an external water and ice dispenser and a stainless steel finish. The family hub technology is awesome. I can change the screen settings, add pictures and videos. It is WiFi enabled and setup is pretty easy to sync and pair with mobile devices. I love that it has 4/types of ice- crushed, curved, ice bites and cubed. I has a camera inside that let's you see inside the fridge. It allows for you to create grocery shopping lists based on the cameras detail of what's inside the fridge. Who knew a fridge could be this much fun. I find myself spending more time in the kitchen now sitting and using the hub and playing with the many apps that come pre- installed. You can listen to music and look up recipes. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would strongly recommend this refrigerator.

Especially like the beverage center with the automatic filling pitcher and the two different types on ice styles. The family hub center is AMAZING. We've added so many family pictures and really like the family schedule on the calendar app. So HAPPY with everything on the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew a refrigerator could have this many features! The Family Hub is so useful and easy to use, I had no idea what to expect. I Never would have thought I would want a refrigerator with features like a touchscreen, but now I don’t think I could have one without it! From being able to put to-do lists on the home screen to keeping track of expiration dates, this feature is super convenient. Moving on to the inside of the fridge, it is massive inside. Where we used to not be able to see everything we had in our old fridge, to now being able to clearly see everything due to the amount of space and the bright LED lights, we couldn’t be happier. We are able to organize our fridge how we want to maximize all of the space, along with not wasting as much food as we did before. Now for the freezer, I was skeptical because I’ve never had a bottom freeze and I didn’t think there would be as much space as a side-by-side, but boy was I wrong. We put everything we had in our old side-by-side freezer into the bottom freezer and still have space to use (photos taken before!). Also, we love the different types of ice, especially the Ice Bites. I found that using the Smart Things app is very helpful with remembering what to put on a shopping list and uploading photos that show on the fridge door. Gone are the days of magnets holding photos up, you can easily and quickly put them on a screen! We have only used the Power Freeze option one time, to speed up the making of ice because we had family over and that worked great! We never ran out of ice and that was a feature I didn’t even know about originally! Overall, we love this fridge, the size, the amazing features, the brightness, and the Family Hub makes me highly recommend owning this refrigerator!

I love this refrigerator and everything about it. The family hub feature is the greatest thing. I can listen to music while I cook and even watch my favorite TV shows without having to run from room to room or peeking around a corner to catch part of a TV show. Also I love the digital photos on the fridge and I write notes to my family all the time. If they want to know something, I tell them "check the refrigerator". Only downside is outside water/ice dispenser is that it's too shallow and you have to hold glass just right to keep ice/water from falling onto floor. Also it's just messy to use.

It is WiFi enabled, has door alarm and a stainless steel finish. The hub has great functionality. I was able to use the recipe app to make breakfast. I added pictures and videos and listened to my playlist while cooking. The refrigerator is smaller than the one we had but seems like it has more space at 25 cu ft.

We had an issue with our fridge, Samsung sent a repair team out under our warranty coverage to repair it. The repair team deemed it irreparable, which apparently is the extent of the warranty coverage! “Welp, we tried!”. Now we have no fridge! We went outside of Samsung to see if an independent repair team could fix it (they couldn’t) and the tech said that far and away they see more Samsung repair calls than any other brand. Wish we’d known that before buying ours. This will be our last.
