I’ve been loving my Samsung 3-door refrigerator. The built-in water dispenser and ice maker are convenient, it keeps everything cold and organized, and it looks great in my kitchen. It’s reliable, spacious, and has made everyday life a lot easier. Definitely a purchase I’m happy with.

It even makes ice cubes automatically for you—both big ones and little 'ice bite' type cubes—and when I first found this out I was very surprised! The screen on it is very responsive, and it is very easy to program and set up. I’ve had it for a year now and have only needed to change the water filter once. Most importantly, the temperature consistency is perfect; it keeps food cold and frozen without any problems, and the humidity drawers do an amazing job crisping and keeping our produce fresh. The ergonomics are also great—despite how massive it is, everything is positioned perfectly and the doors and drawers are incredibly easy and comfortable to open every day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen is tough, looks great, and is fun and convenient for everyone to use. My son watches YouTube while I cook. I can listen to music or watch cooking videos and like to peek inside without opening the door. It has a lot of space but I do wish the sliding shelf folded up too for more versatility. Using the SmartThings app I can also see inside my fridge while in the store.and it tells me if someone left the fridge open.

Bought this refrigerator to replace my previous Samsung. Love the door design that lets you load pictures, videos, and grocery lists just to name a few things. You can look inside to see if you need something while shopping. Very spacious interior- I love the gallon-sized doors. Makes plenty of ice for all your needs. I love the ice in the freezer and the ice maker in the door. The crisper drawers are a challenge to get out and for whatever reason, the left door will not stay put after being opened. But all in all, very happy with this purchase.

However, I wish it came with baskets as food get lost easily and we’re constantly checking to make sure nothing got shoved. The drawer for the sandwich meats is too narrow. We like to keep our bread & bagels in the drawer and can’t because they will get crushed. The screen is nice because I do like to play Spotify music and the speakers are great on it. However, apps keep getting discontinued on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottom freezer has a major issue. For some reason if it is loaded wrong things can fall beneath the roller for the door. And once that happens it won't close all the way, just barely enough to make stuff kinda frozen. The doors for the fridge, the plastic that holds the condiments breaks after use. Especially anything heavy. It does the job when it is working properly. It definitely holds a lot of items inside of it. Plenty of room for ice, and keeps everything cold.
