The design is modern, sleek, and fits beautifully in the kitchen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this refrigerator for 2-1/2 years now with no problems. For us, it is a good compromise between capacity and fitting the cabinet depth. It maintains temp just fine, with the caveat that your ice cream will get soft if you try to jam too many things in the freezer. There is an ice / water dispenser in the door in addition to the ice maker inside the freezer drawer. In hindsight, the only ice we use are the smaller size cubes found in the freezer drawer. The separate ice maker in the door never gets used, but the filtered and chilled water dispenser gets a lot of use. As a consequence, I am dumping out the stale ice from the neglected bins every month or so to keep the system from decaying from disuse. The shelves are very adjustable and despite their delicate appearance, support a lot of weight. There are some places in the interior that are challenging to clean if you have a spill. The unique aspect of the Family Hub series is of course the tablet screen that is mounted on the door. I confess this feature was what steered our buying decision away from other brands that frankly had a higher reliability rating. I’m not sorry either. The way the tablet gets used bears no relation to what I thought I would use it for, but no matter—part of the adventure has been figuring out how best to employ its features. For me, I had no inkling when I purchased the fridge that the family hub would usher in a new world of smart home features using it as a SmartThings hub. That’s one of the apps included in the family hub, which can connect other Samsung smart appliances to the family hub screen. If you find that intriguing, keep reading: there is a hidden compartment in one of the doors that has a port into which you can plug a “dongle” (available as an accessory from Samsung), and this upgrade connects many dozens of Zigbee and Matter devices to the SmarThings app. These can be controlled either by your phone or the Family Hub screen. I have lighting throughout my house connected to SmartThings in this fashion, and I don’t have room in this review to describe all the things I can do with the lights. It can be frustrating at times if something’s not working as it should, but the frustration is offset by the fun of discovering new cool things it can do.

Plenty of space inside and the shelves on the door are a far better design than my previous Samsung fridge where they would break from time to time, so glad to see they upgraded the design. The screen on front is great, love having the slideshow display some memories

After having many problems with that fridge he conceded that we should get the Samsung since he, like I like all the other appliances we have in the house from Samsung. It's already keeping my food much cooler so I know that at least I'm not going to have to throw out food and waste so much money. I'm so looking forward to setting up the whole family Hub to my liking. Samsung is definitely the way to go!

We have had it for almost 3 years with no issues whatsoever. 10/10 Would recommend if you’re in the market for a new fridge! It has tons of space/storage! We have a kiddo who loves the auto-fill pitcher and small nugget ice maker.

The functionality is way better than I previously owned especially with the Smarthub included. The vast space inside is more than sufficient for our needs. The easy close doors are definitely a nice upgrade. Temperature controls are a breeze no guesswork needed. The crisper and deli compartments are adequate. The bright lights makes finding items a breeze.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has been very efficient and helped us know what we have in the fridge when we are away due to the camera features. There has unfortunately been a recent problem with the ice maker and we have had it happen before. We dont know if its occurring due to the environment or just the fridge not working correctly. Overall its a great fridge and would recommend for space and versatility.

I did like the space but the deli drawer could be more solid feeling/sturdy and perhaps a slight bit larger. Also, since the refrigerator is so deep, the top shelf should be able to slide. It is difficult to reach anything on the very top shelf in the back. Granddaughter loves the family hub. Great for looking things up last minute.
