Having the camera telling me what I put in and take out is an amazing feature. The temperature controls are easy to use and everything is perfectly cold. I've never had a unit so efficient and fun to.use I highly recommend this fridge.

Plenty of space inside and the shelves on the door are a far better design than my previous Samsung fridge where they would break from time to time, so glad to see they upgraded the design. The screen on front is great, love having the slideshow display some memories

We purchased this refrigerator new in 2017 and were plagued with ice maker freezing up day 1... poor design according to the repair man they sent. So the icemaker never got used after about 6 months. Next, after about 5 years the Familiy Hub screen started showing jibberish and finally locked up and went black. Parts are expensive, finding anybody to work on it is next to impossible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND!!!

Its interface is not fully functional compared to android app. Its surely efficient as we can control energy consumption using ai. Its hard to replace water filter. Its too tight..freezer section is perfect. It has slide in rack to put only on rightside not on both sides. There should be automation in smartthings to let parent know that door is open notification on mobile. I wish It had a matter, zwave, and zigbee circuits build in to avoid secondary hub.like aeotec or hubitat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted this fridge since it first came out but when we were choosing our fridge for renovations in 2020 my husband wanted to go with a different one. After having many problems with that fridge he conceded that we should get the Samsung since he, like I like all the other appliances we have in the house from Samsung. It's already keeping my food much cooler so I know that at least I'm not going to have to throw out food and waste so much money. I'm so looking forward to setting up the whole family Hub to my liking. Samsung is definitely the way to go!

Plays music, videos, and just about anything you need or want. Water dispenser on the door with ice. Also have two different types of ice shapes in the freezer drawer. I have two separate freezer drawers and they have a lot of room, also hold a lot of product.

The functionality is way better than I previously owned especially with the Smarthub included. The vast space inside is more than sufficient for our needs. The easy close doors are definitely a nice upgrade. Temperature controls are a breeze no guesswork needed. The crisper and deli compartments are adequate. The bright lights makes finding items a breeze.

Allows us to listen to music or have some video playing while we are doing things in the kitchen. It holds a decent amount of food and although it's larger than our last unit I have not seen a change to the power bill. Temperature control has been good after several months of use.
