[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ref on Oct 2019 and compressor went bad on 2023, luckily it's still under mfg warranty. The service came quickly to fix and replace the compressor. I heard lg compressor were not reliable. Hopefully I don't have to replace the refrigerator for another 5-6 yrs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this fridge can fit into a standard fridge space. Ice maker is great and has large storage capacity. The fridge storage itself could be much better designed. We had to take out a shelf in order to get tall items in the fridge. Gallon jars don't fit otherwise. So we lost space. Same with the door storage.... can't fit tall items. The lighting is fantastic. Love the ice plus feature. Freezer seems easy to access most items. The door alarm is handy. With standard fridges a good push and the door shuts itself. With this fridge one must push the door all the way shut. I bought a French door Style due to wanting to grow less science experiments.... everything is much more visible in this style versus a freezer above fridge below style

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an LG refrigerator for 13.5 years and loved it. But in January, it stopped keeping the freezer food frozen. Had a tech come out and he thought the freon and said it would be too expensive to fix. So I had to buy a new one. After much looking, l decided on an LG again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my new refrigerator on Valentine’s Day and I absolutely love it. I live in Maine and I had a friend visiting from Connecticut who also fell in love with this refrigerator went home and purchased their own.

Our old fridge died and we needed to replace quickly. Actually bought same model as our old one due to size restrictions (and we do like all of the inside features) but really wish we had waited and ordered a white finish rather than buying the stainless steel one which was in stock. It shows every fingerprint and handprint. It’s bad enough when it’s just my husband and me but when any of our grandchildren visit it’s that much worse. I’m forever trying to wipe it down but some of the prints still show. And the front is not magnetic so I can’t display any of the photos or magnets that used to be on my old fridge. Very disappointed. One more thing—the stainless steel door reflects the light coming in from the kitchen window. Not happy with that either. So wish we could have waited for the white one.

I reluctantly gave up my 22 year old top freezer refrigerator when the door seals no longer sealed and I would find the freezer door didnt stay closed. It took me a year of looking and reading reviews and visiting stores looking at different refrigerators. With tears, I said goodbye to the old one in April and havent looked back. This LG has much more room, fits well in my limited space galley kitchen, keeps perfectly cold and frozen and having ice is a big plus. It is quiet operating and the only noise is the icemaker. It is easily cleaned with a microfiber cloth and So far no problems. LG has a happy customer in me. My only issue is the delivery men said they locked the wheels so it doesn’t roll. These elderly bones don’t know how to unlock to move it to dust behind. Any thoughts on this would be helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We paid a bit more for this, but it was so well worth it. We love the lighting, the capacity, the ice maker, and how easy it is to get in and out of. It runs sooo quiet that I wondered at first if it was on. It has been great.

It is stylish and for a narrow refrigerator it has great capacity, is energy efficient and very quiet. We also have LG washer and dryer that we bought several years ago. They both work well and are very reliable.

Bought refrigerator in January 2023. Bought stainless steel that is NOT the fingerprintless style but we knew we could deal with that as we are seniors with no little ones around. We are always very careful and meticulous! Our complaint is the water streaking! If condensation from freezer/frig drips on the door or any moisture at all, it leaves terrible streak marks that CAN NOT be removed!! It stains it permanently!! We have tried all the recommend stainless steel cleaners and nothing works!! Why they still make this type of stainless steel for appliances is crazy! We did have a choice to purchase the fingerprintless but at a much higher price($700.00 more) for the exact same model!! Ludicrous!!! Fingerprints and smudges that are removable are one thing but permanent water marks are unacceptable!!!
