[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased September 2020, could not get delivery until mid October 2020. At 3 years old, compressor went out. Lost a whole lot of food. Took a week to get service done. Repair person was early that day and did a good job. I like the bottom freezer, reason we bought it and the width was the right size for the small space it has to fit in our kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned this refrigerator for about three weeks now and all I can say is WOW! No more crawling inside to get something. Everything is at eye level and nicely organized. I especially like the separate bins for fruits vs vegetables and that they can be on either side of the refrigerator. Lots of storage in the freezer too and it is so easy to see everything that is frozen. Overall very well designed. Doesn't even seem to show fingerprints much either but we don't have any children at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stainless steel is very shiny and easy to clean. The set up inside the fridge is really nice. Large slide out drawer, two crispers and three shelves. Lots of storage in both doors. The freezer is nice also (basket style) one slide out top drawer and large bottom slide. Overall this seems like a great product

We replaced another brand refrigerator with the same style LG. So far, I’m beyond thrilled I went LG! The layout inside is far superior to the one we had, and it’s overall much more sturdy than the prior. My only sad negative is that it is stainless and I can’t put my magnets on the front. They don’t stick. I have magnets from all of our family travels that now sit in a box. That’s been the only downside. Otherwise, love my fridge!!

I bought it 5 years ago and have only experienced one issue where the compressor went out. It was covered by a warranty extension on the part. I didn’t know there was a warranty extension until I called LG trying to get some troubleshooting tips. Minus the compressor failure I haven’t had any problems with it. I look forward to many more years with this fridge, really you cant go wrong with this one!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was the only one available to fit in the area of my kitchen. The refrigerator section is very inconvenient. If you need to keep a gallon of milk or any other tall bottle in the refrigerator you need to eliminate one of the shelves. If you put the milk on the door you still have to eliminate one of the door shelves to have easy access. This refrigerator will work for someone who does not need to keep a lot in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new fridge purchased in May 2023. A fuse bust in the mainframe and my fridge was completely broken and unusable by August 2023. The repair person said that with this model, this kind of fuse bust is common. For that reason, I would definitely recommend against getting this model.

We had a larger refrigerator prior to purchasing this one. It fits way better in our space and the layout of the shelves and drawer holds just as much as the larger refrigerator. Love the deli drawer. The fruit and vegetables drawer temperature controls keep veggies crisper for a long time and the fruit seems to last longer as well. Would recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a LG refrigerator in December, and already had an issue. Ticking noise coming from the back, pretty minor. LG sent a guy out to repair it 5+ days after my initial request. Since it took 5+ days, LG approved a reimbursement for my lost groceries ($150) and for a mini fridge to hold me over until the repair could happen. I'm a bit frustrated with the "fridge fail" within the first year, but the customer service I've received has been great!

I didn't know how much less energy the newer appliances used. I was surprised that I required service on it as quickly as I needed but was completely pleased by the LG customer service.
