Overall I like the refrigerator, but there's a 'banging' noise periodically that can take several minutes to get rid of. I had an LG repair person out, said if I wanted the compressor replaced he could do that but he'd have to order it, and by 'leveling' the from legs, that should take care of it. But it didn't. Not sure how to get soemone out here again or if it would do any good. But it looks good.

There is a film or something that when the plastic was taken off it left something on it I can't seem to get removed. Other than that I love it!! Lots of room.

I thought it was broken but come to find out, my son left the door open. The tech was efficient and informative.

got this 8/15/23..very happy so far..love the bottom freezer..very quiet...electric bill is less from prior month without much usage difference...nice and bright inside...love the deli door and veggie/fruit doors too...there is not anything that I can say in the negative so far...the color of black stainless is fantastic and really adds to our kitchen

Bought refrigerator in January 2023. Bought stainless steel that is NOT the fingerprintless style but we knew we could deal with that as we are seniors with no little ones around. We are always very careful and meticulous! Our complaint is the water streaking! If condensation from freezer/frig drips on the door or any moisture at all, it leaves terrible streak marks that CAN NOT be removed!! It stains it permanently!! We have tried all the recommend stainless steel cleaners and nothing works!! Why they still make this type of stainless steel for appliances is crazy! We did have a choice to purchase the fingerprintless but at a much higher price($700.00 more) for the exact same model!! Ludicrous!!! Fingerprints and smudges that are removable are one thing but permanent water marks are unacceptable!!!

I had to choose this model for I was limited on my choices given the space I had to work with. Unfortunately, the folks who had the house built, didn't think ahead in creating a space that could accommodate a larger unit should someone want that. I was a bit hesitant on a french door model for I never had one before but I have to say, it has grown on me. Despite the unit not being as wide as my previous fridge, it is a bit deeper. Overall, I am getting used to the change and I am happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the LFCS22520 model refrigerator, which was delivered June 2018 and this thing is so LOUD! You can hear it running throughout the entire house. It's the first thing everyone comments on when they walk in the door. Not a good advertisement for LG refrigerators! Unless we got a dud, I don't understand these reviews that talk about how quiet this thing is. I've been in commercial airliners that are more quiet than this garbage. In an ideal world, LG would replace this, because surely this can't be how it really is. I'm dreading having to call on it though, I feel like it will be a losing battle and we'll be stuck with this thing til it dies...which at this rate, sounds like it will only be a month or so til that happens. Stay far away from this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am now waiting for my 3rd refrig. the 1st one was damaged the 2nd one showed an error code within 24 hrs. now i hope third time is the charm. to get to the appropriate dept. was a real difficult thing to accomplish, then when I did it was very confusing. as for the actual appliance it was exactly what I needed, I just hope the next one won't have any issues

I have owned this fridge for over 4 years. We’ve been happy with it until recently. What we think is the compressor has failed but no one has looked at it yet! Ordered parts sight unseen for a January repair! Because everyone wants to have no refrigerator for the holidays! On top of losing all the groceries and frozen food you already had!!!! Ugh
