Just what we wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refridgerator is exactly what we wanted. We love the ice tray and bottom freezer. Switched from a side by side to this French door style and it seems to have a lot more space. Great product so far.

Nice looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my opinion thev product is not ruggedly built. More of an elegant look, but not able to withstand daily wear & tear. I’m just one person & the door plastic shelf retainers all broke within 6 months. A little bump & ‘snap’ it comes off with one tab broken. Deli drawer lasted just a year before the hinge broke. Thin plastic or just not strong plastic? I’d look at other units for ruggedness before I’d consider another LG appliance. Looks good, constructed cheaply

First refrigerator of this type

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am quite satisfied with the 30" French Door model. It makes different sounds than our top freezer fridge did, more noises but not objectionable. I especially like the large bottom freezer, it is easy to get at my frozen foods. Lots of ice capacity, cubes a smaller size than old fridge. Had to rearrange shelves on door and inside to store tall items. One spot on door and one in main box will store tall items. Like the large tray drawer, lots of storage for luncheon meats and cheese. The vegetable drawers are a little small, but adequate. Was able to be delivered through our 30" kitchen door opening, and is a good fit for our space.

Very nice refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to height limitations, we bought this narrower refrigerator to replace our old (wider) one. Pleasantly surprised about its ability to store food. Lots of ways to arrange storage space, very well lit. Very happy with it!

Design flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered in July 2020 delivered in December 2020 due to Covid-19. After using this product for 2 months we noticed the seal on the right side of the door was tearing. We contacted our seller and they sent someone out who told us yes this is a design flaw by LG. We were surprised because we have many other LG products and love them all. The fridge is great for size and adaptability. Works great but you must open the right-side door first and then the left door, otherwise, the mullion will tear the seal. I would not recommend this model to anyone.

Spacious and Organized

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this toward the end of 2017. We only had room for a narrow fridge and we’re replacing an old fridge (freezer on top). Although this is about 30in wide we have so much space! The adjustable shelves and the storage in the doors really help keep you organized.

Nice fridge for the money

My first bottom-freezer fridge- don't know why I hadn't bought one before! How nice to not have to stoop over 100 times a day just to get at the basics. My only complaint so far (I've had this just a few days) is the limited adjustability of the interior and door shelves.

LG fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge was plugged in and the sides got hot and an error code came up where the temps should show. A new fridge was ordered, but it is taking 3 weeks to get. I had to buy a mini fridge so that I do not have to constantly go up and down the basement stairs.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching us. I'm so sorry to hear that your fridge stopped working properly, and I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to be without a reliable refrigerator. I want to acknowledge the inconvenience and discomfort caused by the error code and hot sides. It's unacceptable that you're having to rely on a mini fridge in the meantime. I understand that waiting for a new fridge to arrive can be stressful, especially when you're without a reliable appliance. I want to assure you that we're doing everything we can to expedite the delivery of your new LG LFCS22520S fridge. I've personally checked on the status of your order, and I apologize that it's taking longer than expected. Please reach out to us on social media @LGUSSupport so we can help you further. ^Cris

Great fridge, but cannot adjust shelves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge for about a year now and I love everything about it......except......I cannot adjust the shelves for the life of me. My doors do not open wide enough to remove the shelves. I can remove the top shelf because as you're pulling it out and down it comes out, BUT when I try to place the shelf on the next level down, the shelf hits the doorsame and it does not allow me to slide the shelf in. I read somewhere that the right French doors is supposed to open up to 115° if you lift the corner and push it, but that did not work. I just want to put my water dispenser in there but it's too tall to fit and I cannot put it on the door. It's super irritating. I have searched the internet high and wide and NOTHING. I'm not sure why they advertise that the fridge has adjustable shelves when the is far from the truth.

Fits the space with enough space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator for months now. Like it a lot. Has great room in fridge and organizes easily for large and small items. Seems quiet enough. Ice maker makes some noise, but I really shouldn't even mention it as it is minimal and only when it dumps and fills. We needed to fit in a 33" space. We agonized over a single door or french doors and so very happy with these French doors. Either door will open and close without issues. We did not need the water in the door.
