Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator that came with the house I purchased was in the garage, It is not cooling looks like the compressor died. I heard that LG has 5 year warranty on the compressor. Date of manufacturing Jan 2019, can LG help me to replace it?

Nice bottom refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive been wanting a bottom style refrigerator and was limited to a 30 inch. This was perfect. Very happy with style and how it operates. It did take some getting used to as the fresh food compartment is completely different from the standard top mount refrigerator but once you get past that and how to organize your contents differently I love it.

Lg refrigerator review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this refrigerator! Got the black stainless finish and it’s beautiful! No prints at all from touching it! Very quiet and works like charm. Matches all my other Lg kitchen products. Recommended!

Awesome refriegerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 1 month ago. I have always wanted a bottom freezer. I love all the features of this refrigerator. It took a little while to get used to french doors, but I now am so glad I got this one. It is definitely a great buy and I know I will have it for years.

We love our LG!

Our family bought our refrigerator to go into a small space in our beautiful cottage. It looks classy and modern but still fits into our rustic cottage atmosphere. We learned a trick to keep fingerprints at bay.....wash the exterior surfaces and dry, then coat everything with a thin coat of olive oil...go with the grain...then wipe dry.....we haven't had fingerprints for weeks! Also, eliminated one shelf to accommodate tall drink containers and we have plenty of room for everything. We are very happy with this purchase!

Great fridge with solid feature and a smart system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the French door fridge. It is the perfect size for the space and once you go with a French door fridge, you won’t go back. The system also enables you to run a test if you ever have any issues with the fridge so you can easily fix it

Excellent appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator a month and I am so very happy with it's performance and features. The bottom freezer has plenty of room, ice maker works very well and produces ice very quickly. Access is perfect for me since is am in the refrigerator more often than the freezer. Also, it's height fits under my cabinets another big selling point

Ideal size for French Door style

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 30 inch wide fridge is perfect for my small kitchen. I no longer bump into my rolling card (used to store extra stuff) when I open the doors. The veggie drawer is a bit more shallow, but I try to cook up the fresh veggies faster that way! I’m happy with the split shelves. When I travel, I put my small cooler on one of shelves, taking out one above it and then I’m ready to go. The shelves are easy to rearrange, though there is some wobble when the companion shelf next to it is gone. Once the ice cube bucket is filled, no more loud noice, but that is typical of ice cubes dropping. I can also turn it off (not recommended for the 1st 2 bucket fills which have to be thrown out).

warranty and features blows away the compeititon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With all of the companies to choose from, I initially was reluctant to buy an LG. But after doing a first hand comparison (apples to apples), LG was by far the superior product, in design, quality, and convenience. Furthermore, in an age where warranties are almost non-existent, LG demonstrates their pride and confidence in their product with a warranty like no other manufacturer on the market. Finally, after using this refrigerator for a month, I can honestly say it exceeds all of my expectations. In my opinion it rates a "10" and a " Attaboy".

Unpredictable, inconsistent temperature control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator in January 2023. The BIGGEST PROBLEM: In March, we noticed that sometimes items in the fridge compartment were getting frozen even though we had the thermostat set to 38° or 39°. Sometimes we could thaw meat in the fridge – other times it would still be rock hard frozen two days later. We’d wake up to find salads frozen and ruined or the milk chunky. It wasn’t always stuff in the same location either – top, bottom, middle, left, right – and it wasn’t consistent. For a couple months, we tried rearranging things and making sure vents weren’t blocked to see if it would get better, but it kept happening. A separate thermometer placed on the middle shelf confirmed that it was sometimes getting down to 31 degrees in the fridge despite being set to 38. But we couldn’t just turn up the temperature because sometimes it really was close to 38, and if we turned up the temp to be in the 40s, we’d risk bacteria growing during those warm spells. SMALLER PROBLEMS: The supports underneath the split-shelving in the center of the fridge are so tall that you can only put very flat items under them. And do NOT try to slide anything from one side to the other because it is likely to catch on the supports. The fridge actually holds a lot less than other fridges of the same outer dimensions because of the way things are structured inside.
